We are a year and a half into life with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier. Phyllis was terrific in guiding us through layout and cabinetry choices. We didn’t want to make big changes to the existing configuration, and she responded with a list of adjustments that together made a positive impact on functionality and flow. She was patient when we had difficulty making decisions and went to bat for us when we ran into a cabinet pricing issue. Phyllis works closely with an installer, electrician, flooring guy, and painter – Vin, Justin, Mike, John, and Jorge were responsive, neat and clean, worked in perfect sync with each other, and were just a great group of people. They looked out for us every step of the way and genuinely wanted everything to be right. Everyone showed up when they said they would, and we were in the new kitchen by Christmas as promised. We love it as do our guests. Pricing was very fair. I recommend CT Kitchen & Bath without reservation.

RUN do not walk to Connecticut Kitchen & Bath, Inc. for your next kitchen or bathroom remodel!! Our kitchen renovation was completed in FOUR weeks and without any major issues. Phylliss and Ericka expertly guided us through the design/layout process. We utilized all of Phylliss’ recommendations for granite, tile, appliances, flooring, plumbing, electrical and general contractors; all are wonderful and do a fantastic job. Big shout out to Vin and Justin of Vin’s Building Maintenance & Home Care! Vin coordinates and manages all the trades masterfully. And Justin does beautiful tilework; his attention to detail is extraordinary. The best thing about the whole experience is that our kitchen turned out to be even more beautiful than what we had envisioned. We have had a miserable experience trying to get warranty service on our Cabinets. No follow up, no return calls. And when I do get someone on the phone I get a run around. I cannot recommend this company less, and I have spoken with Phyllis personally about this matter with no resolution.

We recently moved to the area, purchased a great Condo (with a terrible kitchen), and I had Phyllis from Connecticut Kitchen & Bath design my new kitchen. Not only was she fabulous, but her ideas improved the overall function of the area. Her assistance with the colors & design turned a useless kitchen into something that is now a five star! In addition to that, Phyllis was a dream to work with: easy to get appointments and very accommodating. In addition to the kitchen, I also had her replace my vanity and design in the master bath. That also turned out to be beautiful.

We are in the planning stage and couldn’t be more impressed with the ideas not to mention prices! Phyllis is a great listener. Not only did Phyllis design a kitchen for us that allowed more storage but she gave us a price well within our budget. Our kitchen is beautiful! Her installers are top notch! When Phyllis first came out to give her input on our kitchen makeover, she had a vision that I could just not see. I had planned in my brain what I thought would be best for our renovation. She patiently listened to my ideas and asked numerous questions about what our ultimate goals were for the kitchen, how our family utilizes the kitchen, how our holidays work, etc. She even asked about our pets, where they ate, etc. Although her visions weren't what I had envisioned, I asked her to draw up what she thought would be best for our renovation. When we met next to go over her design, I was completely blown away at how much thought and expertise had gone into her work. She had listened to our answers to her questions and had used all of the information she had gained and created a design even more beautiful than I could have imagined. And more than the beauty of the design, was the functionality of it. We could tell she had put a lot of thought into our kitchen layout and knew it would be perfect, despite it not being what we had initially designed in our heads. She handled ordering the cabinets and worked side by side with our contractor throughout the entire renovation. She was easy to reach and always gracious despite all of my gazillion questions. Fast forward to now; our kitchen is fully installed and we are loving every inch of it. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our daily living. She was 100% on point about what would be the best design for our house and hour family. There were some small bumps along the way that were out of her control (cabinets damaged in transit etc.) but she and her assistant Bill handled it all for us expeditiously and professionally. We could not have asked for a better experience with Connecticut Kitchen & Bath. I would recommend Phyllis for your kitchen renovation without hesitation.

Before I found Phyllis I worked with a designer who was able to skillfully rework my renovation plans but could not find a solution for the kitchen. Fast forward to meeting Phyllis at Connecticut Kitchen and Bath. I am not an easy client. I kept considering a myriad of options. It took many revisions and many months to finalize the plan. Phyllis never flinched. She is a true professional with a long record of success. Her design completely transformed my outdated and dull kitchen into a unique showstopper. She is a skilled architect in her field and her design plan included removing walls, working with different ceiling heights to accomplish what others could not at a significant cost savings. Phyllis and her team of genious craftsmen Vin and Justin were great to work with. Smart ideas and guidance and worked within our budget. Nine years later, the kitchen still looks beautiful and when we had to change out our microwave leaving a small gap, Vin and Justin made a filler piece on the spot in the shop and gave it to us for free. Can't say enough about CT Kitchen & Bath's great work.
