Douglas Oldham, Architect

Licensed Architect designing custom homes of all sizes. My goal is to create architecture that is simultaneously beautiful, efficient, cost effective and exactly what my clients need. In essence my job is to design space where you can live better. Your home is your refuge from the world, the training ground for your children, an expression of your values and a place where you can revitalize. How do I do this? - Know my clients - Learn my clients business - Learn and help my clients express their priorities - Challenge protocols, processes and paradigms - Convert knowledge into design - Communicate....verbally AND visually What can you expect working with me? - Enthusiasm for you and what you do - Creativity - Lots and lots of questions ... even difficult questions - I will advocate for you - I will be honest with you - I will not nickel and dime you. How can I do all of these things? - 26 years of experience - My focus in my education and career is on design and creativity and thinking out of the box. - I educate myself on design concepts and building technologies - I invest myself in my clients success
