Percheron Builders Group

Percheron Builders Group was founded in 1989. At the time, our family was working in a completely different industry. We were interested in having a horse facility built for our three Percherons. The builders that we approached would not return our phone calls. After a month of leaving messages, and encountering a great deal of frustration, we decided to do the job ourselves. In our search for materials, we were equally dismayed at the lack of availability, quality, knowledgeable help, service, delivery, and design capability. Over the course of this search, it became evident that a tremendous opportunity existed to help people looking for the same type of quality construction and customer service. Any success that we have had over the years is based on our constant attempt to be just the opposite of the norm. Fortunately for us, those same people that did not react to our phone calls in 1989 are now our competition. President Doug Mott carries on the tradition of quality and robust products at this Mott family business. Percheron Builders’ local office is conveniently located east of I-71 on Route 3 in historic downtown Centerburg. Our in-house design and engineering services allow us to provide you with a quality product that we are proud to stand behind.
