From the first time my husband and I stepped inside the showroom floor of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen we were welcomed by Patti immediately. Her wealth of knowledge and customer service had us making an appointment for that day with her husband, Everett. He too, shined with customer service and instilled the confidence in my husband and I on his ability, and the ability of his operational team, to create a new and beautiful walk in shower. His attention to detail was exceptional! Everett, Patti, and Erica patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with the work each step of the way. The whole process was made easy for my husband and I. Everett met us at our home, provided the estimate, right down to the finishing touches that would need to be done on our bathroom. Then we met with Stevie who provided the cost of the materials, and she was able to create the type of style we were looking for, all while staying within our budget. All the people we interacted with, Travis, who coordinated the day to day activities, and was our contact person for the operational team. Kenny and Chad who showed up everyday building and installing our beautiful shower, all so very professional in every way, and did excellent work. They were very neat, cleaned up daily, and was respectful of our home. Lastly, my husband and I would like to say we trust your company completely and it’s been the best company we have worked with as far as upgrades to our home. Four adults live in my 32-year old house and as much as I loathe home renovation, there comes a time when you need a professional to make your space liveable. DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen have in the past decade remodeled our kitchen, master bath, and most recently, they turned our hall bath into something that would rival any master bathroom. I have quirky, specific ideas about what I want -- and DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen always listens, and gets me what I want. I work at home and a reconstruction project means workmen doing their "dirty jobs" right next to my office -- and everyone Patty and Everett sent to do "the next step" were friendly, respectful, kind, and would answer any questions I had. If I had an emergency, someone would come over in the midst of the storm. If their personnel had emergencies, they still texted me and kept track of the project. I have cats and they were very conscientious about not letting them out or letting them "get out." Production delays, shipping delays, and employee shortages plague everyone in construction but DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen keep their promises and treat their customers as family.

It was a pleasure working with Everett, Patty and the team at DreamMaker! From design to completion of two bathrooms remodeling projects, the DreamMaker team made dragging our house out of the 80’s a positive experience! On the job site, Tommy, Hal and Miguel were courteous, conscientious and made sure the site was cleaned up daily. When sub-contractors were present, they also showed the same professionalism. Stevie worked behind the scenes making sure all of the materials were ordered and delivered in a timely manner and Charlene was very helpful in the design phase of the projects. My husband and I would definitely recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen!

Just attended a seminar held by Everett and Patty with DreamMakers with an emphasis on designing for aging in place. They were very informative, bringing up things to consider when remodeling for our forever home that we never would have thought of, such as wider doors and making things accessible. If you plan on doing remodeling, highly recommend attending a DreamMakers seminar.

WOW!!! The team at Dreammaker did a excellent job on our Master bathroom remodel. They took extra care from start to finish, we never had to worry, they took care of everything very professionally. Having heard horror stories of kitchen remodels, we decided to hire professionals for our job and let them have all the headaches. We interviewed several people before we decided on Patty and Everett Gray at Dreammakers. We appreciated their professionalism, their low pressure approach, their honesty and their humor! We spent a great deal of time (a couple of months!) on the plans for our kitchen. I would change my mind on something, Everett would draw it up and I wouldn't like it. He may have muttered under his breath but to me he was always patient and quite willing to make another drawing. He even sent the plans to the cabinet manufacturers for a quote and we still made some changes after that. All that time paid off as the design of my kitchen is exactly as I wanted! I urge you to really take your time on the design phase of your project as this is the most important step. The demolition phase went very smoothly as they covered all doorways with plastic and cleaned every day to minimize dust in the house. It was a long process but I take responsibility for changing my mind on the backsplash and other details and they patiently waited for ME! I love Everett's attitude of “It can be done.” He found a way to fix any problem that arose. And there were problems, but I gave them all over to him! I felt that was what we were paying for as much as a fabulous kitchen. And I’m sure Everett had headaches over our project but he took care of every last detail. We could have paid a lot less but I do believe that “You get what you pay for.” Our kitchen is stunning and I enjoy cooking in it every day because everything is so convenient and well designed. If I have one complaint it is that I would have hired my own painting contractors. I expressed my concerns to Patty and Everett and they may have changed contractors by now. When the project was over the Grays hosted a cocktail and hors d'oeuvre party to showcase our kitchen to our friends and neighbors and the compliments are still coming! For all the time we spent together, we feel like the Grays are almost family now and I cherish their friendship.

There will come a time when you realize that you can't do it all yourself, and have the painful decision to, *gulp*, hire a contractor.... DreamMaker IS the go-to place! Their Number one concern is YOU. Extremely professional and helpful! No headaches, worries, or concerns. I never once heard the word "no"! I had a bathroom remodel that turned out exactly the way I wanted! The attention to detail of the project is so professional, and they have an extreme consideration for the rest of my home while at work. I will be getting my other bathroom done and it will be as easy as just one call to DreamMaker!

Everett and Patty Gray and their team transformed our 24 year old bathroom into a modern work of functional beauty. They have a fantastic team of project supervisors, designers and contractors who share the same attitude of having their customers filled with amazement and appreciation when the project is completed. After months of getting quotes from various companies and talking to friends, neighbors, and family, I finally decided on DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen - Bakersfield, CA. Virtually everyone I spoke with about home remodeling had their own personal horror story about their projects. These ranged form poor workmanship, time frames not being kept, unprofessional behavior, and various other complaints. I even had a friend end up with liens on his house because the contractor had not paid subcontractors! After receiving a referral list from DreamMakers, I made about forty phone calls and everyone single one I spoke to had nothing but praise for DreamMakers! While they were on the higher end of the quotes we received, we decided to go with DreamMakers and I am so happy we did! The project, the kitchen and three bathrooms went off without a hitch! From start to finish we received expert assistance with products, materials, color coordination, etc. Every one of their employees was clean, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept our house as clean as possible during the project and had professional cleaners come in at the end. Their work was finished ahead of schedule and without any of the horror stories many people seem to experience with remodeling projects!
