We added an extension to our house almost 2 years ago, and just hadn’t gotten around to adding blinds, and had painted our living room and dining room more than a year ago and gave away the then-current curtains in anticipation of picking out something new and improved. We didn’t know where to start and I happened to stumble across Dress Your Windows from a Google search. We contacted Dress Your Windows for a free estimate. Working with Joanie was seamless. She is thorough, prompt, friendly, and funny. She made what seemed like a daunting process of picking out this and that very easy and affordable. When everything was installed it looked great! Then, Joanie noticed that a few of the curtains weren’t exactly right (having to do with the pattern that was used to sew). My husband and I didn’t even notice and wouldn’t have noticed, but Joanie pointed it out and insisted on getting it 100% perfect. That is the kind of customer service you don’t typically find anymore. We highly recommend Dress Your Windows for all of your window treatment needs. We purchased a sun shade, several faux wood blinds, and two different fabrics and styles of curtains and the fixtures/rods.

I purchased a rather large home in Annapolis, Maryland December, 2017. Since I was from out of State I had to depend upon word of mouth and internet reviews. Fortunately, I found Dress Your Windows LLC. My call was returned quickly and an in home consultation was performed. Joanie inquired into my needs in depth which varied from room to room. She presented fabrics which flowed with the furniture and wall colors. I had draperies, curtains, shades and wood blinds placed throughout my home. Joanie was very helpful in assisting me in picking our fabrics and design. I could not have been successful without her help. Joanie was present to supervise the installations. The installers were polite, skilled and professional. Joanie was present to answer the installers' questions and to see that the installations met her high standards. Joanie provided excellent customer service and her schedule was flexible. This was important since I had to frequently travel out of State. Joanie was a delight to work with. I had some construction and maintenance issues. Joanie who was deeply wired into the community recommended contractors to fit my needs. The finished product was beautiful, and I have received many compliments for beauty and elegance of my home. Several years ago Joanie did several wooden blinds for us in our home. Just recently she did another blind for an addition we just completed. We are completely satisfied with the jobs she has done for us.

I received her name from a friend. She came out promptly and her estimate was below that of a competitor. Shades for my sunroom and living room were ordered and installed quickly. I had one problem with the cord and she came quickly to fix that. I would use this company again and have already recommended her to a friend.

I love my new window treatments by Dress Your Windows. The owner searched for my exact type of fabrics, even looking on her out-of-state vacation to find the fabric for my cornices. She also found an open-the-center transverse drapery pulls to accommodate a window with side windows that open to the center of a picture window to allow for airflow when the windows are opened. I highly recommend this company for custom window treatments.
