Two years ago Robert Sciacca, owner of Driveway Contractor LLC, brought his great crew of workers to our house to excavate and replace our driveway and garage floor. They tackled a challenging project with competence, skill, precision, and great attention to detail. The driveway is long and sits between two properties in a rather narrow space. It was essential to ensure proper pitch and waterflow both for our house and our neighbors' property. They did an excellent job, and in fact, one of our other neighbors contacted him later on to redo their driveway! Our driveway has held up very well, and it still looks great. Given general recommendations to do "sealcoating" on a new driveway a couple of years after it's installed, I now contacted Robert Sciacca again to discuss whether or not to do the "sealcoating" this year. Consistent with our first experience with Robert, he took time to thoughtfully explain the pros and cons of doing it or not. And, he offered to look at current photos to determine if the sealcoating is needed at this time. We all have had our share of negative experiences with contractors in general. But Driveway Contractor LLC stands in its own category of excellence. We highly recommend Driveway Contractor LLC, and would hire Robert Sciacca again without hesitation.

Driveway Contractor completed several projects for us, a patio, two walks and repair of driveway drain system. The work was completed to very high standards, they kept the entire work area and beyond very clean and neat. I would recommend Robert and his crew for any project you may have.

Driveway Contractors LLC was an excellent choice for our driveway renovation. Robert responded quickly to our inquiry and visited our home promptly. He understood our driveway needs from a construction standpoint and outlined his approach. Our home is a Tudor and he made great product suggestions to both update and enhance our home’s exterior. We discussed timing and his crew was available on the time discussed. We were made aware of deliveries and their timing. His team was professional and expert at laying our Belgian block in the design chosen. From start to finish our driveway was completed in a timely fashion while kept neat during construction. We are very satisfied with our renovated driveway and it is exactly what we hoped. Plans are already in place for repeat business to redesign hardscape in our backyard.

Robert and his team at Driveway Contractor LLC did a terrific job regrading and paving our driveway. Their know-how really sets them apart from other companies. Not only did the finished driveway look great, but they addressed a long-standing problem that we had with accumulating water. Robert and his team were awesome to work with! We spoke with a few people before deciding and none came close to Robert. Smart, friendly, and willing to work with you to get exactly what you want done. The time between the free estimate and the work being done was only a few days. They arrived on time, and were finished within a couple hours!! Affordable and easy to work with. The driveway looks great, and they even chopped away the long grass/weeds along the curb. During our search for a contractor to excavate and replace our driveway, and recap our garage, I read numerous reviews, spoke with a couple of contractors, but it wasn't until I spoke with Mr. Robert (Sensitive Information Hidden) (owner of Driveway Contractor, LLC) that I felt confident about moving forward with the project. Robert has extensive experience and impressive knowledge, and was willing to take the time to provide me with a thorough understanding of how best to approach the project. He is licensed, insured and makes sure required steps are properly taken (obtaining permits, inquiring about local rules, obtaining mark outs, etc. ) before the project begins. He personally scoped out the project on site, and spent more than one hour discussing with us how he would approach a long tight, narrow driveway that abuts our next door neighbor's property, to ensure a seamless look and proper water flow for both properties. This job required smaller equipment and a lot of manual labor and involved street parking challenges due to street-cleaning rules. Robert is approachable and pleasant to work with; he appears to have a good working relationship with his crews where one can observe mutual respect. (Treat your employees well, and they will treat the customer well! Basic rule of people management.) He expects the project results to meet meticulous standards, which I ascribe to and also expect as the customer. And based on other estimates I obtained, his prices are fair and competitive. We highly recommend Robert and his company for your next project. We believe you can rest assured that he will strive to deliver top quality and great results. You will be very pleased you hired him. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and/or recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time now. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Robert from Driveway Contractor. I've had quite a bit of experience dealing with various contractors from all different trades, having finished building a house last year. As a general rule, I usually get three bids for every project before making a decision. This time, Robert happened to be the first person I made an appointment with. He was thorough, took his time, and showed me all different options. By the end of the meeting, I simply thought "Well, this is the guy" and didn't bother with anybody else. Over the next few weeks, after going through a couple of iterations of what was possible, we decided on what we were going to do and work started quickly. Since I don't have a creative bone in my body, I relied very much on his vision and I can say that the results were fantastic. Robert ended up installing a retaining wall, paver driveway and front walkway. He embedded lights into the edges and the retaining wall and everything looks awesome. It's a pleasure to arrive home from work as the sun is setting seeing everything lit up so brilliantly. He continued on with leveling a nice flat surface for our kids' playground and installing artificial turf. My kids (ages 3 and 6) have a blast and you can often find them playing barefoot on it. Finally, Robert completed a backyard walkway and did some general landscaping. Since I know nothing about plants, Robert offered to pick them out and then delivered and planted them. In every aspect of the job, I never felt like he was rushing to get done and he took his time to make sure everything was done properly. He owns and maintains his own heavy equipment machinery which was definitely a plus and should tell you that he is serious about his job. However, quality of his work aside, I just want to point out that Robert is simply just a likable guy and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with him as much as I enjoyed seeing his work come to fruition. There's still more work that I'll probably do over the next few years and he'll definitely be the first guy I call. I strongly recommend you do the same if you're looking for similar work to be done in a timely and professional matter. I'm attaching some photos of when the work was in progress. Unfortunately, the brutal summer has killed off a bit of my grass and doesn't really do it any justice but I'm looking forward to having that fixed hopefully this fall.

Robert and his team did an amazing job for us. They repaired and beautified our aging front steps, did three amazing paver landings, a wonderful new asphalt driveway, and fixed a ton of broken cracked and dangerous sidewalks. The quality of their work is excellent at a fair price. Robert and all of his employees are courteous and professional at all times. I can't recommend "Driveway Contractor LLC" highly enough! Robert and his professional crew did another awesome job with replacement of an existing, but very decrepit and crumbling, retaining wall. This was not the first time we retained him to do a job for us. Approximately five years ago, Robert and his crew installed a beautiful paver driveway, patio, and walkway for us. It still looks as incredible today as it did when it was originally done! We very highly recommend Driveway Contractor for any project you may have. Robert is an extremely knowledgeable, reliable, conscientious, and honest contractor with a very hardworking, competent crew that truly know their trade and take great pride in their work.
