Our in store experience was very good. The men who laid the carpet were great and did a very good job. We asked that a piece of carpet be saved for another purpose and a repair done elsewhere in our home. The carpet men knew nothing of either of these requests. The worst part was when individuals from the store called and told us to pay the remainder of the bill and were disrespectful. We had paid all but a tiny portion and felt accused of not paying. It became a negative experience for our family.

We are very sorry you feel this way. We did everything possible on our end to have that carpet saved for you. Unfortunately, the paperwork was left in the vehicle and by the time they read their note it was too late. He was hoping replacing it with another piece of carpet would be satisfactory.

As far as the phone call about payment sometimes the payment is not applied to the invoice right away and apparently it went unnoticed. It was not our intention to make anyone feel like we were accusing of non-payment. We really appreciate your business and sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I had new quartz countertops, backsplash and flooring for my kitchen purchased and installed through the Specialty Shoppe. All products were high quality and the installation was professionally completed. We were very happy with the entire process from help choosing the product, ordering, and installation. We have had specialty shop lay flooring in our family room, kitchen, dining room, hallway, bathroom and 1 bedroom. The work is done on time and is done well. We will be having them do carpet in the near future. Wouldn’t have anyone else.

The Specialty Shoppe has the best customer service!! we have worked with them on several occasions, being a construction company we have had the pleasure of working along side some of the best guys at the Specialty Shoppe.
