Dan and D squared construction did an extensive addition onto our existing home from the foundation up. From the beginning he and his team were absolutely fantastic. The work was top notch, but more importantly Dan treated us with respect and was extraordinarily responsive anytime we had an issue. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any job and would absolutely hire him back if we decided to do any other work on our home. I have worked with several contractors over the past few years and I can tell you that Dan is the best!

D Squared Construction renovated our master bathroom (12/11) and guest bathroom (3/13). Dan and his crew were able to take our old out-dated bathrooms and make our vision become a reality. They gut the rooms and make everything new. The tiling work was beautifully done! Dan guaranteed his work and even checked in with us to make sure we were still happy! Dan and his crew are very professional and did a fantastic job in both bathrooms! We highly recommend Dan and D Squared Construction!

In early 2012 DSquared did a kitchen renovation at my home. I found Dan Deignan, the owner, to be very honest and professional. He and his crew finished the project in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves each day. The work is beautiful and we've gotten many compliments. In early 2013, I hired Dquared to rehab the exterior of my home by removing the stucco and replacing it with fiber cement board. He made us aware of potential problems during the proposal process as well as after work had started. He did a great job of keeping us informed and worked with us to find economical solutions when our original ideas did not work. Again, we found he and his crew reliable and thorough and we are quite pleased with the work. After the job was done, I informed him of a few small items I discovered and he promptly returned to finish them.

D Squared= Dan and his crew= fantastic! Dan demolished our kitchen and dining room to the studs and delivered to us a custom kitchen worthy of a TV cooking show. He also re-did our front with a custom front door-transom-giant window configuration, and a new portico with roof and flagstone entry area. He also did a total demo and new bathroom for our daughter. We have been very happy with his work, and his subs. And his prices are very fair, especially in a neighborhood where contractors tend to gouge. (We call it the Main Line Discount.) Dan is a gentleman, easy to reach, stays in close touch, is honest, reliable, does things on time, produces clear, detailed bills.
