D & T Remodeling

We have had D&T Remodeling do our kitchen and both of our bathrooms. Dennis' crew is outstanding in terms of their care and workmanship. We would enthusiastically recommend them.

We engaged D&T Remodeling for a number of updating projects for our older home in Indian Wells, including new overhead lighting, replacement of all electrical outlets, scraping/repairing of all ceilings, complete interior painting, and refinishing of all kitchen and bathroom wood cabinetry. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering similar work, for these reasons: 1. The quality of their work was outstanding. 2. Their pricing was very fair (we did obtain multiple quotes). 3. Their project manager was extremely communicative and responsive. 4. If they made a mistake, they immediately owned up to it, and fixed it. 5. Their workers were respectful, helpful, and very neat. 6. They stuck to their timetable (in fact, actually finished sooner than planned). 7. They were flexible about making adjustments to the scope of work during the project. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the outcome, and believe D&T Remodeling deserves the 5-Star rating we are assigning to them.

Dennis did a great job, from meeting with us to understand our needs, making suggestions, and providing highly skilled electricians and other professionals to charging exactly what he promised. Will be hiring him for two more remodeling jobs - thanks to Dennis and his crew!

Dennis and Tracy did a fantastic job on our recent remodel of our PGA West condo! They were responsive, sensitive to our budget, efficient, and practical. The quality of the work and service was very high. The project included interior drywall/paint, a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, and a re-worked fireplace with custom mantel. D&T has developed strong relationships with local vendors, from cabinets to tile to carpet, that Dennis let us freely leverage. This is a second home for us, and we managed the project remotely but trusted Dennis to make smart decisions. He delivered completely, on time, and we are thrilled with the finished product. Excellent General Contractor, honest, on time and his crew are just fantastic. Their workmanship is first class and they clean up thoroughly every day, minimizing the disruption during the work. Dennis did a great job managing the daily activities and juggling the multi tasks to ensure an almost perfect work flow of our projects. We had plumbers, painters, electricians, tile layers and demo guys all working in sync. Their pricing is very competitive, we would highly recommend this company. We were delighted with their work.

This is the second time D&T have done work for me. The first time was four years ago. They did extensive work, new floor, rugs, painting the entire condo and refinishing the kitchen cabinets and counter and new sink. They are very trust worthy, so professional in there work and dealing with the customer. The tradesmen are very diligent and take pride in there work. They always clean up on a daily basis. I would highly recommend D&T. On a scale of 1-10. I give them a 10.

We hired D&T remodeling based on one person’s recommendation. We lived in another city at the time. This company exceeded our expectations. Dennis made great recommendations. They worked very hard to get as much done as possible before we moved in. Everyone was professional and worked with as little mess as possible. They were responsive to our requests. After deciding to remodel our master bathroom shower, sink back splashes and tub face, we visited several tile and stone stores in our area. We got recommendations from these stores on which remodeling contractors they would suggest using. We had three contractors come to our home to give us bids for remodeling our master bathroom. We decided on Dennis with D & T Remodeling as he understood what we wanted to accomplish, gave us some suggestions and presented us with an acceptable bid and date to begin the project. Dennis suggested that we also check prices on Amazon for shower heads and accessories because Amazon normally has faster delivery. Dennis and his crew were very professional, organized and made the effort to protect our tile floors and carpet with cardboard and plastic covering. They also did an excellent job keeping our exterior area very clean when working outside! We are delighted with the finished remodeling job and very much enjoyed working with Dennis and his crew. We plan to hire him again to remodel a second bathroom and would highly recommend him to others. Our project took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete which was right on target!! Thank you for a job well done!

Dennis was referred by a neighbor and we were impressed with their results. Our project was a total home remodel after a flood and included all new bathrooms, tile, repainting and moving a few walls, external and internal lighting and drainage. Dennis was involved from inception and met with us whenever we requested to finalize details. His crews are very professional as well as personable and extremely hard working.
