We had a wonderful experience with Duane's Cabinets! From start to finish Dwane and Joe worked with us to create our dream kitchen. The workmanship and customer service went above and beyond. When visiting the shop everyone was so kind and accomodating! I loved getting progress pictures! I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to do a renovation or new build.

These guys are awesome. They spent lots of time with us helping us decide what worked in our space. The finish product is fantastic, true craftsmanship in the build and the install. Rarely have I seen such attention to detail.

This is the second time I have used Duane's Cabinets in Union, Missouri and I am very very happy with the cabinets that they make and the quality of the product and the service can't be beaten. I cannot say enough good things about Duane's Cabinets! Everyone who comes into the house is very impressed with the kitchen and almost always asks "Where did you get your cabinets?!?!" First of all, we had a hard time getting bids on our project. I guess there's enough work out there now that most cabinet makers didn't need my small kitchen job. They wouldn't respond to my requests for bids or they were extremely delayed in getting drawings and numbers back to me. Duane's Cabinets met every deadline and the pricing was competitive. My husband used to work in construction, doing kitchen, bathroom and window replacements. We thought we'd save money by doing the installation work ourselves, but Duane's installed price was too good to pass up. We purchased the installation as well. We have an existing piece that we wanted to incorporate into our new kitchen Duane's Cabinets matched the color perfectly even though the finish of the existing piece is much different than the beautiful cabinet finish. The previous homeowners did some awkward things with the flooring; some of the cabinet bases had to be custom designed to cover these odd places. Duane's work completely hides the issues, no one notices, even when we point out and explain the extra work that Duane did! Duane's subcontracted a great company to do the stone work on the counter tops. Unfortunately, they got some adhesive on some cabinet panels. Duane personally came the next day to resolve the issue. He offered to completely replace the panels, but the clean-up work that he did was perfect. I am very picky and I found a spot on one cabinet doors that didn't look "right" to me. My husband said I was making a big deal of nothing, he couldn't see it. I called Duane and again, he came out within a couple days. He agreed with me, took the door and it was back within 48 hours looking perfect to my discriminating eye. Duane has repeatedly said "Whatever it takes to make you a happy customer, I will do it." He has proven this to me without a doubt. If you want a quality product, at more than a fair price, with outstanding customer service, please consider Duane's Cabinets.

Duane's cabinets did a wonderful job on our cabinets in our new home. They were willing to make me as many samples as I needed and They were very friendly and easy to work with. The craftsmanship and all the details of our cabinets are beautiful. They came out exactly like I wanted. I highly recommended this company for craftsmanship, value and ease to work with.

Unfortunately very slow process. Cabinet stain looked unprofessional. Had to follow-up a lot on these folks, this time around. Product is good but time & wait not worth it!
