They listen carefully and present designs which reflect what is important you - while at the same time offering other options which they feel might work well in your space. They always got back to me in a timely manner, were professional, kind and very creative. The designs presented were original and not things that you would find in other homes. I had the pleasure of working with Nathalie Ducrest on several projects. The first was in 2010 - she provided design services for our summer home . This included furniture layouts, furniture, window treatments, rugs and decorative lighting. Nathalie has a wonderful sense of style and really helped our make our home warm, functional and have an impactful aesthetic that we 6 years out love very much. More recently, Nathalie helped with the furniture layouts and furniture for a ski home in NH. While this job was not as involved, it involved 2 families as we own this house with friends and we had an abbreviated time frame. Nathalie was able to furnish the home beautifully, on time and budget. A couple of years ago, Nathalie provided design services for my teenage daughter's bedroom. It is a beautiful room that she can grow with and enjoy for many, many years.

Moving back to our lovely 1890 Cambridge house after three years in Paris it was clear that we needed a new look for our interior. One that resembeled more where we are in life now. Nathalie was given the task to revamp the design of nearly all the rooms and bedrooms. She asked just enough questions to allow her to make proposals of a range that was broad enough to allow us to see alternatives while still making it possible to align to a particular style. Once that was done, Nathalie was able to provide very unique suggestions for furniture style, combination of furniture and decorative elements. She was very focused, quick, efficient and hands on with carpets, furniture, drapes, objects of art etc. When she thought it was useful for us to see on site, she provided addresses and personal presence at all times. This large project was completed in less than a year allowing us to enjoy our beautiful new interior and settle back to the area.

I decided to hire LaTour Design for my residence after I saw Nathalie's work, and was thrilled with the results. Nathalie's combination of creativity and good taste transformed my space into a unique piece of architecture that will not follow trends or clichés. As a result, I receive a lot of compliments from my friends and family members. Dealing with her has been a real pleasure because she is available and quick in responding and addressing my needs and concerns. Her professional approach translated into respecting deadlines and (most importantly) budgets, something uncommon these days. And to make my life easier, although her good taste is unique and she knows what she is doing, she has good spirit and worked seamlessly with my personal special requests. It was a true collaboration! Last but not least, Nathalie pays so much attention to details that the end-product of her work is impeccably well finished and functional. I think these are all rare qualities that are hard to find. I was impressed with the quality and smoothness of the service provided and I highly recommend working with Nathalie.

Working with Nathalie was a true pleasure. She was very professional in ever stage of the process. She listened and understood the type of living environment I wanted for me and my family. It was important to me to create a house that says "I really live here" and her designed concept captured that lifestyle. My house is a traditional 1920 colonial and I wanted to honor it's historic structure while at the same time update the interior to reflect a very modern lifestyle. Nathalie used materials and eclectic finishes that complemented one another. She mixed personal and traditional pieces with modern to create a very special personal space. Nathalie could not find a coffee table, which would reflect the mid 50's look of the living room, so she designed an ottoman with dimension and material which beautifully anchored the room. This firm provides outstanding work from start to finish. We hired La Tour design from the pre-construction stage to completion. They provided us with an invaluable perspective and design vision allowing us to take a brown 1980's deckhouse and turn it into an open plan contemporary showpiece. Their designer was amazing to work and incorporated our taste and wishes into the final results.
