We worked with Durian Builders for our kitchen remodel. From the first phone call with Scott to the countless calls, texts and emails from Chad and Missy during the entire remodel, their service and attentiveness was unmatched. We were given a schedule before the project started and they stuck to that, despite having to move things around a bit, and finished the week they projected two months prior. Their workmanship is fantastic as they hire true craftsman who take pride in their work. The attention to detail during the last few days for the final touches was fantastic to see. We would recommend Durian to anyone who has work to be done. They will be first on our list for any future projects, too!

Amazing experience! Scott was awesome getting things not only set up quickly, accommodating my schedule but coordinated it with another job in my area to save us a bit of travel expense. Super cool! The day of the work two very pleasant fellas (James and Dewy) came and quickly got the job done, put up with me for the day and left things cleaner than when they showed up. I can not say enough positive and will certainly be bugging them with my future projects!

We were on a tight schedule and Durian Builders came through in a short amount of time and did an amazing job. Our new kitchen looks amazing! The hard-working crew did what was needed to get it done. Scott even came out to help to complete the project with an extra set of hands.

I needed new and more efficient shelving for my furnace room storage and Scott's team created a work space that allows me to utilize the room as not only storage, but also as a crafting/work space! I couldn't be more thankful for a precisely executed job well done.

My complete Kitchen demo/remodel turned out fantastic! When I bought the house I envisioned removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room and creating a much larger eat-in kitchen. Durian Builders helped create and build the kitchen this house deserves! They were so fantastic to work worth and even solved some unforeseen issues that old houses can have!!! I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Durian Builders were fantastic! We had old built in cabinets, the kind you build when you build the house. Two cabinets needed to be carefully removed to install a new dishwasher. Not only did they carefully and expertly remove the cabinets without damaging the remaining cabinets, but they were able to squeeze in a new custom built cabinet for our garbage can. The new cabinet looks like it was part of the original build and the dishwasher fits perfectly. Scott and his crew are some of the nicest professionals I've ever had to deal with. They kept in contact throughout the build always letting us know what was happening and when it would happen.

Durian Builders did a fantastic job on our siding project. They care about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to do quality work. On time everyday, cleaned up and were pleasant to be around on the job. Quality workmanship.

We had our kitchen remodeled in 2018 with Village Home Stores and Durian did about 95% of the work. Their workers were not only courteous but also provided good quality work. I called up Scott in February and explained I have a deck that is sagging and could he take a look. He had time to come out that very day, took measurements and suggested options to repair or replace. I got an estimate within a couple of days and told him to try a repair. He was able to schedule the guys to come out the next week. I was getting txts before, during, and after on what was going on as well as the guys explaining to my work from home wife what was going on. They finished within 2-3 hours and the deck is solid at this time. Scott said we may need to look at it in the future as the previous builder didn't use any joist hangers at all. I completely trust Scott and his team and have already asked him about a future master bath remodel in the near future. His team also modified a table another company built who went out of business and it turned out perfectly. You will not be disappointed and you will get an honest estimate and job from Scott and Durian Builders LLC.

I've used Durian Builders for several home remodel projects. The workmanship is beyond measure. They turned a completely unfinished area of my walk-out basement into 4 separate usable living spaces including a large custom second master bathroom and bedroom. Scott's team is on-time, pleasant, and very considerate while your project is under construction. I did a 3 month remodel project and there was minimal interruption to my daily life despite the ongoing construction in my home. His estimates are accurate and fair, and he is great at communicating any unexpected issues and working with you to resolve them. Scott Durian is a really nice and trustworthy guy who prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Durian Builders added custom built shutters to the exterior of my existing home. They were able to remove white trim and reside my home with existing gray siding and place black Cedar shutters which they custom made on each window. They were also able to add the black shutters to the brick front of my house adapting to fit the area. I have had many compliments on the new look with shutters. Durian Builders were very easy to work with and very respectful of letting you know each phase of the project and timeframes. I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement project you are thinking about.

We had the pleasure of working with Durain for a period of almost 5 months. We underwent an extensive renovation/remodel to our kitchen, laundry, mudroom, half bath, dining room and great room. It included gutting the kitchen, bath, laundry and mudroom, taking out windows and knocking out an exterior wall and putting in french doors as well as some updates to the dining room and great room. We are a busy family household with 3 young children and pets. Everyone at Durian was above and beyond polite, courteous, and just fun to be around. The kids even looked forward to seeing them, which was pretty much every day! They were always very considerate of our home and the fact that we lived here (in the basement) during the entire renovation. On top of what a pleasure they were all to work with, their work far exceeded our expectations. They are very professional and knowledge. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome and will without a doubt use them again for any future projects.

Durian builders does amazing work. They have excellent carpenters. All of them care about the end result. They are very friendly and trustworthy. I've used them for multiple jobs and they never let me down. Customer service and quality work is their priority.
