If you ever need work done to your house, look no further! DC&TC Investments is the only call you should be making. The crews were exceptional from the beginning to the end. Super clean, super friendly, super accommodating. I will be using them again in the very near future. Could not be more happier with the total transformation!!

DC&TC did an excellent job on my front and extended back porch with a roof! All portions of the job passed inspections with flying colors with no delays. If your priority is the best structural job possible, I highly recommend DC&TC Investments. They are not going to be the cheapest qoute you will get, however, I didn't want to cut corners and pay for it down the road. You can trust the owner to handle any unforeseen issue right and honestly. Trust and craftsmanship are worth paying a little more for in my book!

Dustin and his team did an absolutely amazing job replacing a 10'x10' deck with a beautiful 10'x24' mostly covered deck, or I suppose I should call it a back porch now. The building materials are top notch requiring very little maintenance and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Beyond the finished product, what is most important to me is the integrity of the team. They do what they say they are going to do, on time, on budget, and work according to the documented plan. If something is not right, they will make it right. There were no surprises and I was almost sorry to see the team leave. They were very easy to work with, got along great with each other and my family, and were happy to take time to explain if I had questions. Honestly, I probably would not have been happy if the deck was rebuilt according to my original plans. Dustin took the time to explain the advantages of a more thorough rebuild and I'm so happy I took his advice. I have several other projects that I want completed and I will be calling DC&TC first.

I used DC&TC for two projects in my house. They updated my Kitchen, which included dropping a wall, replacing cabinets, adding a breakfast bar, scraping my ceiling (the dreaded popcorn) and added recess (sp) lighting, which I love and a few other things. Dustin communicated with me, his crew was friendly but professional, completed the job on time and always cleaned up behind themselves. The second project was adding a one (1) bedroom apartment that connected to my house for my mother. Everyone that sees it says how beautiful it is and asks me for my contractors number. Dustin was great, professional, friendly and was always available to answer my 1,000 of questions. I basically just had to tell him what I wanted, he handled everything else. I am going to renovate my master bathroom next and will definitely use DC&TC Investments LLC again.

Great contractor, great human, great company. Does what he says he will, gets the job done efficiently and thoroughly even through inspection delays; he works hard to honor his timeline. Really tries to consider everything on the front end, as to not have constant change orders and increase budget. He runs his company fairly and ethical, which is hard to find in this industry. You get what you pay for, and he is worth every penny.

Dustin did a great job overseeing our master bath and utility room remodels. His team was a pleasure to work with. Dustin had great design ideas which his team carried out expertly. We love our new rooms. I highly recommend Dustin for your next remodel project.
