After interviewing several companies for a complete basement renovation, I met with Raham Mcllroy of DVC Homes. I was extremely impressed by his quick understanding of my vision, and the unmeasurable amount of time he spent explaining what the scope of work would entail. As this was not my first major renovation, I prepared myself for potential budget overruns, delays and the overall mess that comes with any renovation. None of this happened! The project was extremely well scheduled, site cleaned each day, and I was advised daily what was happening along with pictures each evening of the progress. Raham and Mike’s attention to detail and workmanship, along with their high professionalism exceeded and surpassed all my expectations. Project was finished on time (actually early), within Budget (except for my extras!) and very little disruption to the rest of the household. My basement has been transformed into this warm and beautiful space that I will fully enjoy for years to come. DVC Homes delivers on their commitment for absolute perfection in every project, and I take great pleasure in highly recommending this Company for their outstanding work.

Peake Design Group

Our firm worked with Raham McIlroy this year on a major home renovation. We provided him with design and drafting support. Raham displayed a thorough understanding of the work at hand and proved to be a terrific team mate and leader on the project. He displayed a keen awareness of the appropriate construction techniques, budget and time frames. We hope to work with him again and again in the future on home renovations and new construction.

Raham is a very pleasant, professional and organized individual. His crew was here every day, on time, and did not run of to other jobs. He has vision that some times only he sees and understand at the time but comes out beautiful in the end. He did a full remodel of my kitchen, dining and living room. He also remodeled my staircase and fireplace. Then after a hail storm he replaced all siding, eve troughs, front door and a few Windows. He is not the lowest out there but you are paying for good quality work. If you're not happy with something he will quickly tear it apart and redo it, to make you happy. GREAT customer service from this company. He worked for me approximately 5 months. The only negative that I would suggest, is to have a designer involved when dealing with a kitchen remodel. It makes things much easier.

Although DVC has helped us to complete the reno's we had started with others last year (before knowing them) we have come to understand their perfection, professional work ethics as being second to none. We have begun a garage make over with them this month. Inspired by all the great work they have done for us in the past. We joke that the garage is becoming one of the nicest rooms in our home. Their knowledge, no limitation attitude, willingness to work with us and timely fashion of completing projects, make us wish they had been in business when we had started our ranch home 18 years ago! No task is too big or small and you get what you pay for....with genuine personal touches. If you can dream it, they can make it happen!
