Our bathroom was renovated by Mike and he did a wonderful job. His suggestions and recommendations were better than some or our own ideas and so the bathroom turned out better than we had initially anticipated. Mike was truthful on his timeline, shows up every day for work and continues the work without delay until the job is complete. He is a perfectionist and very experienced, and it shows in both the functional details and finishing details. We were so impressed that we hope to have Mike renovate our second bathroom soon as well.

We have used Mike Hagan's service many times in the past 12 years, including complete remodeling of two bathrooms. Each time, Mike would guide us through the process from the beginning, including making suggestions. He then would order the parts and would not start the work until all parts are in. Then he would only work on our project solely with no disruption until it is completed. He is very organized, courteous, reliable and professional when interacting with clients. I cannot be more pleased with the work done on my complete kitchen remodel. Mike and his helper Kyle completed the kitchen in about 2 1/2 weeks. Even before the work was started Mike made changes to the kitchen plan prepared by the cabinet company to make the best use of the space, Everything - cabinets, backsplash, flooring, and appliances - were installed impeccably. Even the countertop company and appliance store he recommended work out very well. I highly recommend Heritage Craftsmen for a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

Mike at Heritage Craftsmen did a full kitchen remodel for us in 2006 that was outstanding. His attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. As such, in 2018 when we decided to remodel the three bathrooms in our 1980’s style house, we contacted Mike. We did not get competitive bids since we knew we wanted Mike to do the job based on our kitchen remodel experience 12 years earlier. We don’t regret that decision. Bathrooms are completed and look fantastic. We got the same attention to detail and quality of work as we did in 2006. We also got Mike to add storage cabinets and a bench to our laundry room. In all, Mike has renovated our kitchen, three bathrooms, and laundry room. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend him.

Mike has completed several home improvement/renovation projects for us over the past several years. He remodeled our kitchen transforming it from a dark room into the bright center of our home! He has also done a mini-makeover of our bathroom installing new floors, a vanity and shower door. Lastly, he custom built a shelf/storage area in our dining room which is BEAUTIFUL and just what I envisioned when planning. His work is clean and impeccable and he is always very pleasant throughout the work day!

Mike is our Michelangelo. His artistry is unsurpassable. The attention to detail is rarely seen in Contractors today.
