Matt with Evergreen is great to work with on both small and large projects. He and his team make communication easy and are always professional. Matt especially, is laid back and makes sometimes stressful projects easier to handle. I have worked on a handful of client projects with Evergreen and have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend Evergreen if you are in the Annapolis Area.

Matt and Evergreen did a five star job from start to finish. From the initial quoting process through to project completion things operated seamlessly. Matt did a spectacular job managing subcontractor schedules and keeping the project moving and on schedule. Most importantly our project came in on budget and turned out spectacular. I would highly recommend Evergreen to anyone looking for a renovation project.

I would give Matt and his team 20 stars!! Matt’s eye to detail was impeccable!! They showed up every time Matt said they would. The entire team was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Matt was present and was wonderful at communicating everything to us. The job was done on time and beautiful!! We are so happy with the work and as a real estate agent I would recommend them to clients and anyone looking for a wonderful renovation.

We selected Evergreen Building Group, LLC (EBG) to help us renovate our 80+ year old home to allow us to live on the first floor. On paper the renovation looked simple. In reality it was not as there were both interior demolition and structural considerations that had to be addressed in addition to an 8 foot extension to the existing structure. Matt Kelley took the time to understand what we wanted and was a pleasure to work with. His employees/contractors were highly skilled experts and maintained the character of our home in all of the new spaces created. When completed, EBG gave us a first floor we absolutely love. A laundry room, a powder room, a small but highly usable office and a master bedroom with a walk in closet and an adjoining master bath. Another key feature in our renovation was installation of a gas burning fireplace in the living room which necessitated removing an existing window and adding two new windows on either side of the fireplace. We could not be more pleased with Evergreen Building Group, LLC.

Matt’s sharp eye for style and strong architectural sense have shown through in many of the beautiful homes he has created. His team is on the ground, ready to go, and right there and available when things get challenging and decisions need to made in a timely and accurate manner. The effort that Evergreen puts into bringing their projects to completion is evident during the process of construction and shows in the body of work that they have created in this area.

Loved loved loved working with Matt and EBG! We hired EBG to put a 1300 sq. ft addition on to our home and do some additional remodeling to our existing home. Evergreen has been critical in my house renovations for a number of years, modifying and upgrading a l934 structure to modern standards and aesthetics, most recently a complete bathroom remodeling, bringing the space into the rustic look present throughout my house. They are innovative and broadminded in approach and thorough and superior in execution. My home is already a showplace now, but I know Evergreen is there to keep me going in the future.

Matt and his team finished a basement and guest bathroom for us. Theater room, craft room, great bar, and place for the kids to play. I couldn’t have asked for a better space. His team was professional, clean, and the space looks amazing.

Evergreen transformed our unfinished basement into a bedroom suite with an attached bathroom with spacious shower and heated floors, living area with plenty of closet/shelf space, and storage area. Evergreen did exceptional work and were very professional and responsive to our needs. Their design program allowed them to create a 3D design that met our criteria and fit in to the constraints of the basement parameters. They were very good with providing us a good range to select various options (i.e. countertops, cabinets, lights, etc), but not too much that we would be overwhelmed. The work was completed on schedule and the transformation of the basement to a warm inviting suite was amazing. We will definitely use Evergreen for future work and refer them to our friends.
