Shireen did a stellar job with our landscape design! We had hardly any idea of what we wanted from our (very first) landscaping project but a laundry list of things we knew we didn't and a vague idea of the style in mind. Shireen listened to all of our requests and incorporated them in her final design, which came out to be exactly what we had imagined. She communicated her process clearly, worked to hit the timelines we requested, kept to the budget and was extremely easy to work with. Shireen provided a terrific design service for our residential landscaping project. She listened to our requirements, and prepares a plan at a reasonable cost that exceeded our expectations. The result was a practical well designed layout with all the supporting drawings, plants, lists and electronic files which make it easy to have landscaping firms prepare a cost estimate for the sourcing of plants and implementation. I would definitely recommend her for any landscaping design project.

Shireen worked with me to replant my damaged front garden that needed some new plants and maintenance. I was originally reluctant to contact her as I did not know anything about her other than her affiliation with the landscaping company that had designed and installed the garden originally. In repairing the garden I wanted to learn more about native plants and be actively involved in whatever was done both to make ongoing maintenance easier and to keep redesign costs to a minimum. Within 5 minutes of meeting Shireen I knew we would make a good team. I had done a lot of preplanning and wanted validation of my ideas along with criticism and creative improvements. She was eager to help, listened carefully to all my concerns, and provided constructive suggestions that produced a beautiful result with minimum expense. I'm now starting to work with her on remodeling my back garden.

Shireen did an amazing job helping us relandscape both our front and backyards. We have several plants from my father when he passed away and she was able to find a home for all of them and incorporate new plants that really brought out their natural brilliant. Where to begin! I started working with Shireen around June, 2021. Not only is Shireen a skilled landscape designer, she has a subtle creativity that translates into a flowing, effortless look. I particularly like the arbor she designed for my backyard, along with a 3 foot tall ceramic planter that was retrofitted into an illuminated fountain. All the plantings selected are California native, irrigated with a timed drip system to preserve our much-needed water. There is also the well-placed lighting (on a timer) accentuating trees and shrubs along with the walk path to the front door. Mature trees were placed along the backyard fence, creating much-needed privacy. The front yard is an oasis of myriad flowering succulents. Sitting in my transformed yard brings such joy of an evening when friends and family come together.

Shireen designed my backyard, which requires putting in a new deck and changing the lawn to more drought tolerant plants. We also wanted to turn the backyard into an extension of our living space. I really like Shireen's approach. She spent a lot of time speaking with me and my wife to know our preference, and also spoke with my kids to get an idea what they like. My little girl is especially afraid of bees. So, when she chose plants, she specifically looked for the ones that do not attract bees. The project was completed in summer, and we all love it and practically hang out in the backyard all the time. During the discussion, she suggested we build a swing set. At first I was a bit skeptical. When it's done, I can see how much my kids LOVE IT! I appreciate her work and highly recommend her. Ming
