Ecoline Windows

The installation of my 10 new windows was completed without a flaw within 6 hours. The guys were friendly , respectful , and hardworking. I was so pleased with the finished product. I would ask ecoline to come back to my house if I ever needed more windows or doors. Very satisfied customer here.

We dealt with Ecoline three years ago and were happy then. I ordered new doors and windows from them and am very disappointed now. Their new policy is that they won't begin work until they have the full payment, which, after this instance, I understand, as I would have withheld payment until our doors were correctly installed. With multiple issues, we have yet to be able to get the salesperson, the service department, or their scheduler to contact us.

We had 10 new windows replaced today after 39 years …We are the original owners building our home in 1984…I will tell you my husband lost sleep the week before leading up to installation date on how this would all work out…He lost sleep for nothing believe me…. Eco Line windows did a fabulous job from start to finish…They removed all our original oak casings and honestly the workmanship is phenomenal…if I didn’t tell anyone you would never know that the casings had ever been removed and put back…We are very very pleased with everything….I would highly recommend when you are replacing your windows don’t bother checking with the competition …The Eco Line windows and hardware is the nicest we saw. We were sold on the product when we met with Eli (Project Manager) but we did have to look at the competion …There was nothing good to compare when we checked with the competition…….Just the patio door left to be replaced next year and you betcha we will be calling Eli in early 2024 ….Thanks Eli for your professionalism and the window installers for the fabulous job today …..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had Ecoline windows come in and replace all of the windows in our house. They were super professional and we love the work they did. This is my third time using Ecoline Windows for the replacement of old, wooden framed, unopen able living room windows in rental properties. I am once again satisfied with the company - they have very good customer service, create timely price quotations, provide excellent energy efficient window product options and have a knowledgeable, efficient installation crew. They did a great job and the replacement living room window looks great. It is nice to have openable side window panels and the window certainly improves the street appeal of the house as well.

Very happy with my new windows. They look good both inside and out. Sergey was my sales representative, very knowledgeable on the product and available grants. The installers were professional and very efficient. The office staff have always been pleasant and efficient as well. My neighbour told us about his Ecoline windows and they sent him $100.00. I would definitely recommend Ecoline windows for the pricing, communication and efficiency.

Excellent value and quality. We're super happy with the install process as well as with the products. The crew came in and did the whole house, replacing twelve windows, in just one day: including a large picture window. Fantastic. We chose Eco Line because of their well seen presence. They have great quality and fair pricing but most importantly they will walk you through the whole process if you are eligible for any rebates.
