We have nothing but love for this team! Designing and building a house can be a very stressful and personal process and Mike and his team made it easy. We worked with ECS Homes on a custom home from the demo of an existing house to the finishings of our forever home. Mike Elayan is extremely personable, patient, easy to talk to, easy to work with and above all, the ECS team's attention to detail is unparalleled. Mike's creativity is one of his biggest assets and truly shines through when in the field, walking through each phase of the project, pivoting when necessary in order to make changes that truly improved the function of our home. With a focus on quality above all, we couldn't be happier with this team and our finished product. We moved into our custom home about 6 months ago and wouldn't change a single thing! Our journey with ECS started in the summer of 2017 with a conversation with Mike Elayan in his beautifully built brand new construction home. He came highly recommended by a friend and it was apparent why; he took us for a tour and immediately we were impressed by the quality and creativity of what we saw. While we envisioned an ultra modern style for ourselves, we knew ECS was equipped with talent and experience to execute on any style. Fast forward to 2019, we are now comfortably living in our brand new home built impeccably by the ECS team. We had some bumps along the road but ECS guided us and helped us overcome all challenges and got us to the finish line. The team was professional, patient, understanding, hardworking, and made every effort to help us achieve our dream while alleviating all the stress that comes along with building a home. I can't say enough good things about ECS. Special shout out to Mike Asquith who worked tirelessly on our project.

Fantastic Experience with ECS Homes. ECS was able to bring my family's dream Home to reality with quality, Knowledge and respect. Mike's Team was always available to us with excellent communication, great Ideas and solutions in the whole project. ECS homes built our home from start to finish. They spent so much time looking at different properties and land with us all before we even hired them. Mike is thorough, patient, knowledgeable, honest and calm. Anything I asked for he looked into and offered me an estimate. I expressed that I could not go over budget and we worked together to stay as close as possible. I’ve built other properties with other GC’s and builders and the experiences were not great to say the least. I would highly recommend Mike and his team!!!

We have too many amazing things to say about ECS Homes to put in this review, but they are truly the best out there. We used Mike and ECS for an addition and full renovation and we can’t express how happy we are with our home. We hit it off with Mike from our first meeting. He has great ideas, great taste, and comes off personable and professional. It only got better from there as we took on this project having never been through any kind of major renovation. Mike said from the first meeting that it was his goal to make sure we were completely happy with the result of the project and we can honestly say he stood by that to the very end. There were hard decisions and unexpected things that come standard with renovating older homes, but the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result even if it wasn’t always the easy way. Mike and team are professional, honest, fair, super hard working, and overall just great at what they do. We would be remiss not to mention that not only is Mike fantastic, but he has the best team. We worked closely with Will and later on Nora and Mike A and every one has shown the same high level of professionalism and expertise that Mike has. Bottom line-you will not regret using ECS!!

Saying that ECS is the best is an understatement. We finished our renovation project under budget and ahead of schedule, and the end result is absolutely spectacular. Mike and Nora's attention to detail is unmatched, and they are such a pleasure to work with. The entire process was enjoyable and fun (how many people can say that about a renovation???) Their team is top-notch; everyone was completely devoted to creating a fantastic end product, ensuring that our visions were realized and making sure that we were in love with the result---and we are! The process went so smoothly, as Mike and Nora guided us through. All emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner and with grace under pressure. We truly cannot say enough good things about them. We absolutely give them our highest recommendation without any hesitation at all.

There is no better company to work with than ECS, hands down! They take care of every part of the job, BEAT aggressive timelines that no one else was willing to come close to and gave us an amazing new home that's better than we could've imagined. They provide their expertise in every facet of the project and educate us on all the areas that we aren't familiar with. There isn't anyone I would recommend more than ECS to build or renovate a home and was fortunate to work with them! If anyone has any questions about them I'd personally be happy to answer them as they gave us that great of an experience, I'd want everyone to go through what my wife and I did. To give you an understanding of what they did, and I'm sure I only know the half of it, they managed the entire project of new siding, new roofs, an additional floor on top of my home, new steps, new bathrooms, kitchen, HVAC, electric, plumbing, trim, windows, floors, paint, tiling. We ended up adding a master suite, an office, a laundry room a guest bath and guest bedroom onto the 3rd floor, redid the roof, siding, steps, kitchen, guest bath and re-stained floors, upgraded the trim, electric and repainted 75% of the home. As I said before, if you ask Mike and Will there are probably 50 things I didn't list, but they made my starter home into a forever home and I couldn't thank them more. More importantly they beat an extremely impressive timeline by 2 weeks that we put on them because of an anticipated new addition to the family so that alone was so valuable to my family as it allowed us to have time and settle back in before that time comes. Thank you again to ECS for the amazing job!

We hired Mike and team to complete a full home renovation including additions to the first floor and upper level. We could not be more pleased with the results. Mike always kept the project moving and finished on time. Mike has a great relationship with his trades and vendors. The quality of craftsmanship was outstanding. One thing that impressed us the most is Mike’s follow through after we moved back into the home. He responds in a timely manner and has been prompt in taking action on our inquiries. Thank you ECS for making our dream home a reality!

Mike and the ECS team recently completed the construction of our new home. Building a home is a process that requires many decisions, multiple meetings and time. Thats why its called a "project". However ECS made this process manageable. He sets realistic dates and achievable deadlines. Mike has a keen eye for construction and particularly detail. I feel they worked with us to make the right decisions for the build, our family and our long term home. In particular I would like to point out that Mike was empathetic to my family and career constrains. Giving me fair time to make decisions and selections. He is a true professional and i would be happy to refer him! BTW - we Love our home and look forward to many years of enjoyment there!
