ED Enterprises just did a major remodel at our home in Indian Hill Estates, Wilmette. The scope included the kitchen, mud room, powder room and master bathroom. They did a fabulous job! They are really very good, we are very pleased with the end result. Ed and EJ run a truly professional "old fashioned" operation, totally trustworthy. Mark Haze was our lead and he was terrific, very thoughtful and high quality. I would enthusiastically recommend ED for any job that needs high quality work.

ED Enterprises deserves 6 STARS! The best review I can write is that we had a lot of FUN working with everybody at ED Enterprises. Everyone at ED was great to work with. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and laundry room which included new layout/designs for both rooms. Of all the positives I can list the #1 in my opinion and most important was project management! The coordination between carpentry, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, flooring etc. was exceptional. There was hardly a day that we did not have work going on and they kept us informed on every step. Our project was 100% completed in under five (5) weeks which included the installation of granite countertops and all appliances'. Their staff is extremely courteous and professional and were a big help when making decisions that were needed during the construction phase. At the end of each day our work site was cleaned and tools put away keeping our home neat & clean during construction. Extras were kept to a minimum as ED does their homework before construction so they submitted a fair and complete bid to do the work. Their quality of their workmanship is exceptional, we did not have a single call back which I know is not the norm in any project of this size! ED may not have initial lowest bid, but if you want a professional, quality workmanship and good project management then ED Enterprises is the best. As I indicated we were done in 5 weeks, we had 2 sets of friends who did similar kitchen remodels at the same time with other contractors. Both took 4 months to complete. They could not believe not only how fast but how great our kitchen looked. Always remember the lowest bid may not be the most cost effective when the project is complete. With ED you will get a timely installation and be very satisfied with whatever work you have done by them!

ED Enterprises did the work on my kitchen remodel in 2017. They did a great job - careful, quality work, and minimal mess. They made it as painless as it could have been. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them if I have a remodeling project in the future.

These guys just completed our master bath. It was a big project with lots of demolition. They ran all new plumbing, installed new body sprays, coordinated the tile installation and did all the electric as well as new venting for the entire space. They showed up on time, came everyday, were respectful, and were a pleasure to have in our home. The guy that is supplying the shower doors was amazed at how precise the walls and tile work had been done. The job was completed on time and on budget. There were no surprises.

I was in the design and space planning business with a focus on kitchens and baths for more than 25 years. I worked with E.D. for all those years in private homes and condominiums. As a professional, my respect and confidence for them only grew over time. I could always count on their attention to detail, cost consciousness, timeliness and the ability to problem solve no matter what difficulty was encountered. This included significant and often quite complicated renovations. In short, no matter how high the bar was set, they exceeded expectations. I used their services for my own homes as well because their work is simply the best. I wouldn’t work with anyone else in the area. It was an honor to have shared projects with them.

My house was in desperate need for an overhaul renovation and these rooms were kitchen, two baths, family and laundry rooms. I felt very comfortable with Ed as well as his two installers – that is important when they are inside your house for months. During the renovation Ed was always easy to reach and frequently came by to provide oversight and discuss progress. The installers, Mark and Keith, were just awesome guys and very knowledgeable. They were on time every morning, cleaned up at the end of each day and worked diligently to insure a smooth project progression. They never made any assumptions and consulted with me on anything they were unsure of and made recommendations for things as they came up. Debra at the office is very helpful. Every call I made was returned quickly and any issues that came up were resolved quickly. All the rooms were completed and I couldn’t be happier. Minor problems are expected but what defines a truly professional company is they rectify those problems. E.D. Enterprises, Inc. earned their 5-stars. No questions asked and no matter how small and insignificant the issue was, they fixed it without question and without hesitation. I would absolutely use them again for any future projects.

Within 5 minutes of meeting with the owners of this family-owned business we knew we made the right choice for our kitchen and 2 bathroom remodeling projects in our Glenview home. They treated our projects as if they were their own, meaning they came in on budget and on time, they neatly staged the new materials in our garage so that we had room to move around it, installed plastic walls to contain the dust, and cleaned up every night. We were so pleased with their work that we hired them again -multiple times - to remodel a kitchen, a master bedroom and 5 bathrooms in our lake house in southern Wisconsin. In 2015, I finally had the time to renovate my kitchen and also began updating other parts of my home. After months of disappointing interviews with "highly recommended"contractors I met with E.D. Enterprises. At our introductory meeting Ed Sr. and Ed Jr. were prepared to discuss how we could move forward with my project. The suggestions and feedback they offered to me were excellent. During my renovation there were no surprises. I was always kept in the loop. The crews were highly professional, excellent at problem solving and much like Ed Jr. maintained a "can do" attitude.Working with a family business, that maintains a steady group of craftsmen, certainly sets the gold standard for other contractors. The crew maintained a consistently high work ethic at the same time my 5 dogs were in the house. No easy task! The "Eds" regularly came to my home to check on progress and were always available to answer questions. Communication with Debra, the office manager was great and her consistently friendly manner contributed to my extremely positive experience with E.D.Enterprises.

We used ED Enterprises to remodel our kitchen and were so completely satisfied with the results that we asked them to remodel our master bathroom. We were so confident in their workmanship, professionalism and trustworthiness after our first experience that we gave them a key to our place and they did the second job in our absence.
