do not trust them They promise delivered in 2-3 weeks - it takes it 5-6 month. They just want you to pay and sell person get Comision, after that they do not care

I made so many purchases from Eldorado I wanted to purchases a LED lamp to put on a table i bought from Eldorado , I was told I can't get a new lamp,I would have to get the store display or pay additional $89 for delivery. And a the sale rep was so dismissive. No service. A lamp that can fit in my car Why should I take a use one or pay $89 for delivery. I was about to purchases some additional decors too. I had plan to furnished my entire apartment from Eldorado. But with a service as such is can no longer shop with Eldorado. I wish I could put 0 stars

I would not buy furniture or anything from this store. Bought a sofa from them last year but we started noticing the sofa is soft. Not relishing that when back and buy a king size bed and mattress only for them a second time gives us a showroom mattress. And not even 10 days they can't take it back. Don't waste your money.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my bedroom set and living room sofa at El Dorado Pembroke Pines thanks to Juana Martinez who help me every step of the way. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

We were told over the years that E.D. Furniture was “high quality” so we gave them a try. Bought an expensive power reclining sofa and matching power recliner in July 2022. The Recliner broke in just a few weeks of light residential use. As of 3/15/23 we have been waiting 6 months & no resolution. Tech arrived to fix last week but the wrong part was sent. Now we have to wait another 3 months for their next container from China. We have had this unusable Recliner sitting in our living room for months with no resolution in sight.

Nice furniture on their floor and nice customer experience while purchasing. Once you buy they forget about the customer. I bought furniture on may 7th and until now I did not receive all. Even the VP of operations Mariam-Hilene Farach does not answer my emails, sales person does not know what is going on. I do not know what else I need to do. Do not trust the delivery date, even I got credit because some furniture was not in stock anymore.

UPDATE 5/22 - I had my fourth attempt today to receive a couch that was not damaged. Today another couch arrived to my front door damaged. I seriously recommend that if you are looking for furniture you do not waste your time here. Ever since I left the store after purchasing a love seat and a sofa, I have had issues. First, the salesman I worked with guaranteed a delivery date in February. Come the delivery date, I had to reach out to the store to find out that the sofa wasn't going to come until April, and both items had to be delivered together. After 1.5 hours on the phone, I was able to speak to a manager who resolved the issue for me. The delivery date came and I got my sofa and love seat, and the sofa was damaged. A piece of wood in the back of the sofa was completely dented in. After another hour on the phone, the manager of the store was able to locate a replacement sofa for me that came today, a week after my original delivery. When the replacement sofa arrived today, it was more damaged than the first one they brought. The leather on different parts of the sofa was completely torn up. Now to be able to schedule a replacement has been very difficult and I do not appreciate the lack of resolve I've had with this order I made about a month ago. Head ache from beginning to end.

Worst experience, Bad Product, I bought two sets of the sofa from this store in February and it started showing wrinkles and bubbles in less than 4 months. No one in the store answered properly till I requested a friend to show up at their store. Finally, after my complaint to BBB, I did receive a half-hearted response and the representative kept saying that bubbles are on the sofa because we are using the sofa. Please STAY AWAY from this store, save your hard-earned money!!! Once you pay them, they will stop responding. "They don't even deserve that one STAR "

We were in the market for a TV stand/fireplace and found exactly what we wanted in the store. I had a $50 off online coupon, so I decided to order the $1499 item online and also scheduled the delivery online (3 days out). Having seen the reviews on here I was somewhat concerned but took a chance. A friend of mine had good experience with El Dorado, so I let it go. Well, I am glad I did! I received 2 days before the date an email and SMS confirming the delivery, also allowing me to reschedule if needed. I confirmed and received a 3 hour time window for the delivery day. On the morning of the delivery, I checked the order status. We were #7 on the list, and I could see the truck was currently at #5. The team arrived on time after sending another SMS 15 minutes before arrival. The driver came to the house and asked us to check the item on the truck, as there was in his opinion a small damage. My wife and I checked and it turned out there was indeed a half inch long scratch on the underside of the top plate; once the fireplace was off the truck you would have to bend down to even see it. We decided to accept the item, no need to even touch it up. However, kudos to the team for pointing this out to us. The rest went smoothly. Within 20 minutes the fireplace was unloaded and assembled. Ten minutes after the truck left I received 2 phone calls from the warehouse and online service, checking with me if I was happy with the item and the delivery process. We had a great experience with El Dorado, the sales team in the warehouse as well, and especially, with the delivery team. We only can recommend El Dorado Furniture Fort Myers.

Originally I purchased a book case from the store in Fort Myers. On the delivery date I was told the driver didn't bring the hardware. The next delivery date, they opened the package and all the shelves were broken. I cancelled the order and reordered on line. On the delivery date the driver called and informed me the "package is broken< do you want me to bring it to you?". Every time I called I was told "we are sorry. We will try to redeliver ASAP," usually a week later. I never felt they were willing to go out of their way to make up for the mistake. Terrible service. Now I am being told I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Very, very disappointing.
