Gary, Leroy, and Robin and their team at Elite are the best! From the very beginning when we just happened upon them to the beginning of the process with the design phase, we were fortunate to find such an honest and dedicated builder to guide us through our first custom build. We built with Elite in 2019 and were thoroughly impressed with their patience, attention to detail, and professionalism. Gary and Robin still exudes passion for their crafts; their enthusiasm and excitement for cool ideas and answering queries during weekends and off hours demonstrate that. During this process, we never felt pressured into going over our budget. Their patience in answering our myriad of questions and ideas are admirable. We also felt like we had complete control with our choices and budget. In the end, Elite built our dream home that is customized just for us and hopefully, we will be here for a long time. Elite finished our home in Dec 2015. We decided to have a single story from years as a two story family. Separate quarters were built on the end of the home for our adult son still in school. We have never been so pleased with the layout and quality of our home. Gary was great with providing his thoughts and insight as we went along. Most importantly however when our home needs attention for whatever the reason no matter how trivial Gary is there to assist.

Our company has worked with Gary Gomes and Leroy Goosen for literally decades now, and the main thing that I can take away from our relationship, is the integrity and professionalism they carry in the business. As a drywall subcontractor that's been in business for over 40 years, you could say we've accumulated quite a client base of general contractors. To this day, we still regard Elite Custom Homes in the upper-echelon of clients we hold, well amongst the hundreds of contractors we've worked with over the years. I honestly don't have much experience with Elite on the consumer side of their business, but from direct experience with their clients (homeowners) as a sub-contractor, I can confidently assure you that all of them are happy with the construction of their home; seldom, if never, have I ever heard a complaint hurled their way from an unhappy customer; I just simply have yet to encounter that. It's also true that they've assembled a really great team of sub-contractors over the years; like us, they've been using most of the same companies for decades now. Personally, I feel this is the only way it should be done, as the team aspect of this industry is vital. I can tell you from firsthand experience, that having solid and familiar team members in place really do help in making the project go that much smoother; I believe this clearly translates into the final product. Overall, my business is extremely fortunate to have Elite Custom Homes as one of their clients and partners in this industry.

From the beginning process of designing the Custom home to execution of the construction of the home I have been extremely satisfied. Elite Custom Homes stand behind the homes they build. In 2004, Elite Custom Homes built our dream home in Monte Verde Estates. Their attention to quality was evident from start to finish. Their subcontractors were the best I have ever seen, and Elite still uses nearly all of the same crews today as they did 10 years ago. Our 4000 square foot home was built in just over 5 months. Every evening we went by to check on progress, and were always impressed how clean they kept the job site. Over the 10 years we lived there, we had a few issues. The first was a roof leak that was fixed immediately. The second was a plumbing leak. Elite responded immediately, and sent the plumber, followed by sheet rock repair and texture, and finally their wonderful painting contractor. I've heard many horror stories about homeowners having issues with their homes, and have difficulty getting the builder back to repair whatever went wrong. That certainly is NOT the case with Elite Custom Homes. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with from start to finish and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a first class contractor to build their dream home in a timely manner. Their customer service is wonderful. They are patient, respectful, pleasant, kind and professional. Our decision to use Elite is the best choice we have ever made, and one we will never regret.

I was recommended to Elite Custom Homes by other people in the Fresno area, and I was not disappointed. They did our remodel of our bathroom and bedrooms, and they were very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process, from the design to the execution. We also used them for our interior decoration after our renovation. I highly recommend them.
