Elite Pool Design

Elite Pool Design didn’t build my pool, and they didn’t owe me anything, but they ended up saving it. Unfortunately, I had bought my pool from one of Toronto’s “larger pool” companies; to avoid reprisals, I won’t name them here, but I will say it was NOT Betz or Solda. My pool chemicals were never properly balanced, and the water remained slightly green. I hired and consulted two other companies to fix the problem, but neither was able to resolve it. Then one day I was visiting my grandmother, and I saw Elite Pool Design’s truck parked across the street at a construction site. I walked up to the person there, who happened to be Chris the owner. After I explained my situation and asked if they service pools. He told me that their company only services pools they build, however, given my desperation he said he would come and look at my pool and maybe offer some advice. I drove home and he texted he was available to visit that same day. His electronic water quality tester told him that my phosphate levels were completely off. The tests used by the company who built my pool (Builder X) and another pool company’s tests did not show phosphates explaining why the issue was never properly addressed. Chris got chemicals from his truck to fix my chemicals levels and would not accept payment from me! After a two-month struggling he fixed my issues AND called the next day to check in on things. He offered to be my service provider for my pool, and my pool has been crystal clear for the past 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about this company! The service technicians are polite, professional and remember the quirks about my equipment. I no longer have a headache when it comes to my pool. Elite Pool Design has always been honest with me, as they didn’t do my build, they’d tell me how to fix the MANY issues with my equipment I have experienced, say if things are worth fixing, offer fair pricing and gave me options (like buying the part from amazon since they do not sell the same brand). Their service techs were available when I needed them even by text if I was experiencing an emergency and when needed would talk me through the diagnostics and troubleshooting if they could not come onsite that same day. Elite Pool Design did not build my pool, though I wish they did. They provide my weekly pool services, but they have demonstrated over these three years that Elite Pool Design is a great company and has an amazing team. I am so appreciative of the company and their team for helping me when they didn’t have to. These are good people!
