My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Full Service Interior Design and Cabinet Store in Effingham, IL - Elizabeth Yager Designs can help you with your home remodel or new construction with services such as from floor planning, to kitchen/bath design, cabinet plans, closet design, materials selection, furniture selection, decorating and much more. We also carry over 10 different lines of cabinetry ranging from semi custom to fully custom cabinets across every budget. Our services include but are not limited to assistance with floor plans, creating 3D drawings of your space, kitchen and bath design, other cabinetry design, counter tops, closet design, materials selection, budgeting your project, serving as your general contractor for your project, and much more. A big shout out to the staff at Elizabeth Yager Designs. Our house is over 100 years old and their "eclectic blend of old and new" enabled our house to maintain its classic charm but incorporated modern day connivences and fresh looks. The workmanship of their contracted wood workers was amazing. At one point we planned to move but now I can't think of anywhere we'd like better.

We had the opportunity to work with Betsy on a remodel. She was fantastic to work with. I had all the ideas in my head and on Pinterest, so I showed them to Betsy, and she helped me make it all happen! I cannot believe all the small details of remodeling, but Betsy made the process super easy! I would recommend working with her and her team to everyone, especially if you don’t want to miss anything. She thinks of absolutely everything and she keeps the stress level of these projects to a minimal, so grateful!

When we started planning our home build, I wanted to find a designer who could help me bring my visions to life. I love traditional, contemporary, and French/European styles, so I needed someone who could incorporate different styles and also keep the design cohesive. I stumbled upon Elizabeth Yager Designs on the Houzz website, and after viewing some photos of her work, I knew she would be the perfect fit for our project. She has helped us with designing our floor layout, finding contractors, creating gorgeous custom cabinetry, finding beautiful light fixtures, and everything in between. Elizabeth has been an absolute JOY to work with and I can't imagine having hired anyone else design our home!
