Ellehaus Homes

Ellehaus is a boutique custom home builder in Tampa Bay. We build new custom homes, whole-home renovations, and pools and outdoor living, and we take on a limited number of projects each year so every one gets our full attention. Every project runs open book. You see every supplier and trade invoice, our builder’s fee is agreed before we start, and if a line comes in under budget, the savings stay with you. One person is in charge of your home from the first sketch to the final walk-through, and we work alongside your architect and designer from day one. We’re now planning projects for 2027.
