My husband and I put all of our trust in the Emerson team and it’s the best thing we’ve ever done. The Emerson team was able to really understand the vision we had for our home and bring it to life. They truly treated our house as if it was a house they were going to live in themselves. We had a lot of opinions about our build and Emerson was able to strike the perfect balance between doing what we wanted and what we asked while advising us based on their vast experience. Every part of our home is custom built and you can tell that the Emerson team put their heart and soul into each part of the process. We have so many unique features in our house due to the creativity of Allen Emerson. We are so grateful he understood our style and built our dream home. The entire team is knowledgeable, thoughtful, genuine, and hard working. We are so incredibly happy we chose to partner with them. We are already looking forward to our next build together!

The Emerson team faced many challenges on our project. It was a second story addition, happening during covid, when shortages of construction supplies made everything so much harder. The Emerson team was respectful of neighbors in very tight quarters; brought in excellent craftsmen for the new staircase, and wood floors. Allen had great ideas for the bathroom layouts, and the best use of space in the closets, and helped make the multitude of choices less overwhelming. The final finished job is more beautiful than we dreamed. We were very lucky to have Allen Emerson & team build our dream space. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Emerson Brothers for our kitchen renovation, deck, and sunroom add on. We are not well versed in home renovation, but Sam and Al were very helpful and provided excellent guidance. They also did quality work, and everything came out beautifully. Additionally, pricing was extremely fair; there were no “surprise” charges or “underestimating” on their part. Everything they quoted us was what we paid. My family hired Emerson Brothers Construction for a full, 850SF, apartment remodel. Allen and his team are FANTASTIC carpenters. They installed (4) beautiful mahogany wrapped beams that spanned our 225 SF living room. All of the woodwork throughout the home is supremely finished. Although their carpentry abilities are the major highlight, their talents do not end there, they can handle anything and everything with professionalism and care. A very nice surprise was Allen's ability to offer design input throughout the project. Allen has seen it all and knows what suggestions to make to keep you on track. Emerson brothers made building our home from the ground up a easy and enjoyable experience. They give every attention to detail, provide only the very best service and amazing quality.

Al and his wife Meghan were customers of our Rockaway Beach restaurant. We’ve come to know him over the years as hardworking, and a get-it-done type of person. When we were ready to expand and build out our new store, we decided to give Al a chance. Emerson Bros and their team of engineers, architects, and trades professionals guided us through our entire buildout professionally and responsibly. Deadlines were made early on, and met throughout the entire project. Each one of Al’s employees and subcontractors are the absolute best at what they do. His plumbers worked quick and clean, his fire suppression contractors put up our exhaust hood and suppression system ACED a very custom job. His electricians ensured all of the wiring throughout the restaurant was appropriate and adequate for our heavy-demand. Al even found gorgeous Moroccan tiles that essentially made our mothers dream come true. Alan took charge of all of the coordination, and on many days had numerous trades working at the same time in a packed site. He will build our next stores for us as well.

Emerson Brothers work has set my house far beyond my expectations. There detailed wood and finish work is by far the best. They understand that a new build can be tough on a homeowner and are willing to work side by side to fully make us happy.

We met Al and his wife through our Beach 116th Street store almost two years ago. They’ve become more than friends, and when it was time to build our second full time restaurant in Rockaway Beach, we wanted to give Al and his team at Emerson Bros a shot. From day 1, his team of project managers, architects, engineers, and trades experts walked us through the whole process. Al’s architect was spot on, expediting the whole process from what could have been nearly a year in NYC to just over a month. His engineer walked through our space like a doctor and within two weeks had all the drawings, and permits, applied for, and drafted. Through the design build process, Al helped us make a number of crucial executive decisions. We have the most stunning Moroccan tiles, each hand painted, because of Al. Every person that walks into our store is taken by them! His team of plumbers, fire suppression specialists, electricians, sheet rockers, and more, were the best of the best.
