I’m really happy with the work Oro Design & Construct did on my yard. From the design phase all the way through to completion, they were professional, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. My yard looks amazing now, and it’s exactly what I had in mind. The team took care of all the details, worked quickly, and left everything clean when they were done. Dear future Ender Client, If you are reading this, it means you are about to make a big decision and may need reassurance. I know what you are feeling as I have been in this same situation almost 9 months ago. My husband and I decided to remodel our existing guest house into a 780 sq foot , 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms ADU. The project got entirely approved by the local City Hall, but the hardest step was to find a contractor that would check all the boxes for our project and be a good match for our personalities. We came across Ender Enterprises and the owner, George Ender, came in strong as a leader, innovator and holistically stood out from all other contractors we had interviewed. Our first impression was remarkable and extremely important for us: his personality was unique and outstanding and trustworthy. He was friendly, honest, transparent, highly professional and brought to the conversation a constant smile. My husband and I thought right then and there that we found our guy. As our negotiations went ahead, George was able to meet us right where our budget was. He clearly understood we had a tight budget and he made everything possible for us to achieve our dream house remodel. Bravo. He delivered the highest product we could ever have wished . From day ONE to final inspection, always making sure the project was moving forward without a glitch. Bravo. As we went on into the project, we met his most amazing team, George’s A TEAM. This team worked tirelessly, had the highest work standards, always practiced punctuality and were top of the line with their quality of work from demolition to completion of the project. They always made sure we got what we wanted no matter what. Always with efficiency and a big smile in their faces. Bravo. Next were all the subs George engaged to perform all kind of jobs, from foundation concrete, electrical, plumbing, dry wall , insulation, HVAC , painting , tiling. You name it and he had the best of the best to come perform whatever job necessary. These subs delivered top level work: they were efficient, they delivered all jobs in a timely matter and were very respectful at all times. Bravo. Needless to say, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the company and we have no doubt that anyone would feel the same level of satisfaction if they were to hire Ender Enterprises to realize their dream project.

In the summer of 2023, we were looking for someone reliable to help us with our garage conversion to an ADU. We did our due diligence and ended up going with George Ender. Out of the people we were reviewing, he was the easiest to talk to and follow up with. He seemed to want to help us obtain our vision about what we were hoping to do and gave us a realistic estimated budget so that we can get an idea of how much our conversion would cost. He was not the most expensive nor the cheapest. I tend to shy away from the “too good to be true” estimated budgets some were suggesting since I rather not have people cut corners to try and get close to that cost. Some members of my family have experience with going with the cheaper options and in the end, there are usually regrets. I trusted George since after talking, he had an organized excel sheet that went over all the expected costs upfront but also costs that were not included since that would depend on what my choices for certain aspects of the ADU would be. His architect made the permit process nice and streamlined and it was nice not to have to deal with that headache directly. When we got the approve to actually start breaking ground, I got to meet George’s team and they were GREAT! Rick, his right hand man, is AWESOME. He was very sweet and pleasant. He was very approachable. He was around often and gave me the opportunity to get updated on the daily and weekly plans so that I was always in the loop. When questions popped up, the team would reach out and communicated quickly. They were collaborative and gave me the pros and cons of certain situations, which was extremely helpful. Like with any project, some unexpected surprises popped up and they helped me figure out the most effective and cost efficient options to proceed forward. They care about the quality of the work they are doing and always ask me to check things out to see if there are any issues. If I bring up anything, they address it with a plan, which I loved. Additionally, I trusted the team so much, I had asked if they could help me with some issues with electricity and plumbing in the main house, and they were great about finding some time to figure out the questions I had. I had other people come to figure out the issues in the main house with everyone giving me a conflicting answer. George’s team took a very logical approach, did some testing, and came up with a solution that worked. I will definitely be using them for other service issues I have in the future too. Overall, I give George and his team my highest recommendation! I am very happy with the quality of the finished ADU. They dealt with the city inspector professionally and helped me navigate that aspect of the project. Plus, they are local. He gets his business via word of mouth and I know he wanted to make sure that I was definitely happy with the project. I could not be happier with my decision to pick George and his team.

George and his team- Rick and the others, were amazing to work with for our garage conversion to an ADU. They were great at communication - they always kept in touch and not only would let us know if things were happening- plumbing this week, electrical next week, etc., they would also listen to us if we wanted any changes to the plans based on our concerns. Renovations can be stressful (especially one this large to live through) but they made the process easy and straightforward. They completed the project within the timeframe and the quality of the work is great. For example, we had a little gap between the kitchen cabinets and our refrigerator (since we bought a nonstandard size fridge) and they were able to fill in the gap with materials and now it looks amazing and custom! Every time we look outside to our ADU from our house we are so happy with the way it looks. The whole place turned out exactly how we wanted it - from the tiling in our bathroom to our kitchen cabinets and counters to the exterior look. Hire them if you are looking for honest, hardworking, and quality work.

We received an estimate the first week of June, it was $4000 less than the other two estimates. They scheduled the job on a Thursday three weeks later. The job was estimated to take one week. They finished completely in five days ( including demo and cleanup) and were not over budget one dollar, I wish I had more work for them to do. This is my third house and I have NEVER had a Contractor finish early and within the budget. They pulled all the permits, came to my office for signatures, handled the inspections. Everything, I repeat everything was professional and well done. I highly recommend using George Ender Enterprises. I would be more than happy to show you his work.

I purchased a 1912 Craftsman home and I hired them to renovate the house and make it more contemporary but keep the original features. It turned out amazing! They are professional and finished the job on time. They even took me shopping to look for tile and really went that extra mile! I just purchased another Craftsman home built in 1916 and they started demo last week. I will add pictures when the job is finished. I think you can see pictures of the 1912 Reno on their website.
