The attention to detail, high quality of the design and the work, and the regular communication were first rate. Kyle was a great partner in the design and Nico and his team are true craftsmen. The bid they provided was significantly higher than other bids we had received for landscaping our front and backyard. People in my neighborhood have also said that the work they provide is subpar. When I asked that they send me details for the bid so I could try to figure out a way to possibly make it work, they said they would not unless I committed to using them, which I of course would not feel comfortable with given that they had already provided such a high quote.

Wonderful service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Any issues that popped up we were able to talk it through and get it fixed. Evan did a wonderful job with our design. Jerry’s crew made quick work of the project.

My experience with EDI has been very poor. There are issues with team management, with quality of care, with attention to detail, with pesticide applications. Response time to task completion has been exceedingly slow and with poor follow-through when brought to their attention.

We had our entire landscaping refreshed this year. Environmental Designs also did our landscaping 10 years ago. Emma Smith was assigned as our landscape architect for our project. She did a superb job of listening to our needs and concerns and creating a plan that we loved! The construction was timely and the crew led by Jerry was very friendly as well as being very hard workers. Jerry was quick to respond to small problems with the sprinkler system. While Environmental Designs is pricy - their work is worth the price. We would highly recommend them! The finished project looks terrific!
