About Us

THE EPIC DIFFERENCE Epic Built developed when three friends realized they shared the same passion and vision- to turn dreams into dream homes. Homeowners typically need more than just a contractor, and we proudly meet the additional needs by serving as a partner in design- from concept through construction and beyond. We have an enviable reputation for quality, built by paying attention to every detail, utilizing the highest quality materials, and bringing together subcontractors of superior craftsmanship. We feel a home should be a reflection of its owners, and accomplish this by helping our clients provide a truly personal touch to their project. Our finished homes become the place where memories are made and traditions are honored. We turn our clients' dreams into their dream home with unprecedented collaboration (sharing their vision), precision in the field, as well as thorough planning and coordination behind the scenes. We bring our clients' dreams to life, while at the same time providing an enjoyable experience for all. We enjoy the smiles and laughs, lasting friendships, and kind referrals that are the end result of working with us. Thank you, Jan! We are happy to partner with you on projects, as well! To build custom homes, from the floor plan through the finishes, we have learned the importance of what you and your office are able to provide along every aspect of the construction process.

We know anything coming from your office will be unique to the family that is excited to call it home. We regularly receive great feedback on the exterior curb appeal that our homes provide (often from your creativity), as well as the well thought and well laid out floor plans that make our finished homes comfortable, efficient, enjoyable, and most importantly - a perfect fit for our clients' needs.

Working with Epic Homes has been a wonderful experience. While completing multiple projects together, I've noticed their thoroughness in every detail of the project. They have the unique ability to bring their customers dreams to reality. After working with many other home builders, I honestly believe they're the best builder in the state of North Dakota.

Thank you, Nate! We have enjoyed every project we have worked on with you and your team. You offer experienced knowledge with state-of-the-art equipment, and an unmatched work ethic. We often find our projects ahead of schedule coming out of the gates, and that is usually due to you and your team through the excavation and backfilling process.

Comment from Epic Built:

Thank you, Brian! You and your team have been awesome to work with. Our HVAC systems are state-of-the-art, our projects are always kept in a clean fashion by your team, and we seriously don't know if our mechanical rooms and HVAC systems can be installed any better than you guys do. Your attention to detail (even on the things that will be "covered up" and not visible at the end of the project) truly sets you guys apart.

J Marie Design, Inc.

Comment from Epic Built:

Quinn, thank you! Your crews are always great. A big part of us maintaining a schedule comes down to the sub-contractors we choose to work with. You and your crews have been a big help in allowing us to stick to our timelines and deliver a finished product to our clients in a very efficient manner.

Wow, thank you very much, Jesse! You and Kayla were an absolute blast to work with! Every meeting, every decision, every conversation was truly enjoyable for us. We are happy to know that you are excited and proud of your new home. That is why we do what we do.

All of the little details are what brings together a finished home that makes you stand back and smile as you take it all in (Don't forget to look up at the HUGE antler chandelier!).

You guys have our contact information, so please stay in touch and let us know if we can help with anything in the future! Thank you!

We recently purchased a home constructed by Epic. We loved the unique design and quality construction of the home. The builders took time to walk through the home and explain the design details. They have been very responsive with any questions we have had. Would definitely recommend building with Epic Homes!

Commented: Where can I buy the faucet? What is the brand? We purchased it from Signature Hardware. We then used a separate temperature control and on/off water control. It doesn't come in the color shown, so we had to get a custom finish applied as well.
