Erdmann Exterior Designs

We hired Erdmann to build a deck. And they build a fine deck BUT then we needed some of the boards taken up so we could get under the deck. The deck is built out of the fake plastic wood so not so easy to just pull up we believe they left a hole open into the house when they connected some electrical into the house. The owner came out last March/April to see what was needed. He agreed there might be a hole and he’d have people come out in the fall to look into it as that way not to disturb landscaping. Well it’s October. I’ve emailed , texted the owner and called 4 times. Now when the person answering the phone hears my name they snicker. No return calls , emails or texts. Not reliable and not willing to take responsibility. Be aware. Erdmann does not stand behind their word or work

We hired Erdmann to add a portico to the front porch and install James Hardie siding along with new lighting, gutters and trim on our 2 story home. We were very pleased with their products and service and highly recommend them. They were easy to work with, met all of our needs, stayed within budget, and provided timely communication and project updates. The crews worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up and minimizing disruptions. The job turned out better than we imagined!

We did a full exterior remodel and could not have been more pleased. Each individual worker was professional, reliable, courteous, and informative. They work smart and leave the place spotless. Worth every dime. We had Hardy Boatd siding installed and replaced all columns on our porch. New Front entrance and sliding glass doors in the back. They also extended the overhang (eaves) over our garage to update the look of the house.

I had the worst construction experience of my life. This company has ruined the front of my house. They should have been fired after the first day but I let them continue thinking they would surely correct their mistakes! WRONG! Each day building on mistake after mistake and damaging my personal property and claiming I musthave caused the damage. They were fired, too late! I wish I could post pictures to warn others of this travesty.

We appreciated the advice on siding color, style, and trim from our sales representative. Also, our project was a smaller project I am sure for this company, but we feel we were given the same good service as they would for a larger project.

Erdmann Exteriors redesigned the exterior of my home and installed new windows, siding, soffit, and fascia. The whole experience from beginning to end was extremely positive. They don't use subcontractors. All of their workers are either full-time employees or independent personnel who only work for Erdmann. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the materials used on my home.

Had some issues on the job and after the job however the owner came and fixed the issues. And product looks good

We were nervous about replacing our roof and asked numerous people for recommendations of companies. Erdmann Exterior Designs kept coming up as the best. We were thrilled with our rep Jordan Heller as he was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, delivered everything he promised and gave us design ideas within our budget. The roofing crew were professional, clean and didn't leave until they were satisfied that we were satisfied. We are very happy with our experience and results.

Great job on the project that involved replacing old windows as well as part of the exterior siding. Looks great and done one time and in budget.
