They built our house for us and were amazing. Gave us suggestions and were super helpful from beginning to end. Made the project seem not as overwhelming as I thought it would be. The site was always clean. I would hire them again.

We hired John Rhadigan and Sons to build our lake house. From the beginning they were helpful with the design and listened well to what we were trying to achieve. They were so professional and courteous as well as the contractors they hired. They arrived every morning by 7:30 am and discussed with us any issues. The quality of their work is amazing and attention to detail was excellent. They take tremendous pride in the houses they build. The house was finished on time and it's just what we wanted. The process was so enjoyable we would do it again!

A craftsman who listens to your wants and finds ways to make it happen. Follows a timeline, is honest and reliable and communicates on a regular basis. Quality work is important even when sub contractors are needed. Stands by their work and wants the customer happy. We love everything about our remodeling job!!

We have asked Rhadigan & Sons to do large and small projects for the last ten years, including restoration of a guesthouse, a new (cottage-style) garage, a rebuilding of the original carriage shed, two new large porches, restoration of a 50x15 cottage porch, a new kitchen and laundry room, new cabinetry and woodwork/painting in two bedrooms, and retiling and cabinetry of master bath. In every instance the work was done in a timely fashion and of top-notch quality. At the end of every day the sites were cleaned up and ready for the next stage of the projects. My favorite complaint from someone to whom I recommended Rhadigan & Sons was they they would never talk too much when they arrived because they needed to get right to work. I wish that Rhadigan & Sons had been the designed and builder for our family long ago.
