Skyline Construction And Remodeling

We just finished a bathroom remodel with Eric Saida of Skyline Construction. Eric was deeply involved in our project from start to finish, he was on the job site every day. He helped us with the design and layout of the bathroom, obtaining the permits, selection of materials like the vanity, tile, light fixtures, and paint colors. He kept us informed of the daily schedule of who would be here each day and what they would be working on. All the workers were very professional and polite and they cleaned up after themselves every day. After meeting with many contractors to bid on our project we got the impression that Eric was a man of his word and that we could trust him. We were right. Our project was completed on time and on budget. We are very happy with our new beautiful bathroom.

Eric and his team did a great job remodeling my 60+ year old home. Eric was very professional and maintained constant communication with me throughout the entire process. I really appreciate Eric working with me considering that I leave in a totally different time zone and I would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone looking for professional high quality craftsmanship. I got so lucky with Eric from Skyline Construction. I live overseas and was nervous to renovate my home in CA without being there, but from my conversation with him I felt Eric would be responsive, professional, and trustworthy. He did an incredible job, even with me from afar. I didn't have a single issue, he was honest, and timely, and the result exceeded my expectations. Eric, at Skyline Construction, is the best! We couldn't have chosen a better contractor for our kitchen remodel. Not only are we thrilled with our new kitchen, but the process was an absolute pleasure. From the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Pricing was fair and we moved ahead quickly. From the day that demo was started to us moving back into our wonderful new kitchen was only 3 weeks! We still don't know how that was possible. Eric was here daily, and all of his guys were top notch. Even minor requests on our part were all included and addressed as we went. There is no question that we will work with him again.

We had a great experience with Skyline. Eric is fair, responsive, cool under pressure, and has a great eye. He helped us completely remodel our bathroom and do some needed fixing in our kitchen. Skyline Construction totally remodeled our master bathroom and kitchen. They are GORGEOUS! Quality work was done to the tile, the countertops, the flooring, the plumbing, and the electricity. The owner even went with us to help select our tile, flooring, and countertops. Everyday someone was working at our house so the remodel was done in a timely manner. The owner was in contact with us daily. All of the workers were extremely qualified, courteous, and polite. They followed covid protocols throughout the remodel. I am SO please with the experience and the results are AMAZING!

My wife and I recently completed a major home remodel with Skyline Construction and had a phenomenal experience. Our remodel included kitchen and bathroom remodeling, installation of hardwood floors, custom stairs, interior painting, and more. We met with several general contractors prior to deciding to move forward with Eric and his team, who were recommended to us by word of mouth. From day one, Eric was professional, honest, and responsive. We encountered a few small obstacles in the process of obtaining permits from the city, but Eric overcame those quickly, with ease and confidence, thanks to his many years of experience. All in all, our home remodel process was smooth and we are so thankful to have found a contractor we could trust and who did an excellent job. I highly recommend Skyline Construction for any home renovation project, no matter how small or large. This is the third time we have worked with Eric and his crew. We first worked with him in our last home where we remodeled our kitchen and 3 bathrooms including the master bath. In our new home, the first project we did with Skyline was our kitchen and just finished our master and guest bathrooms. Eric is awesome. He is extremely skilled in his craft, he is trustworthy, friendly, easy to work with, understands the vision for what you are trying to achieve, gives great advice and consultation and I always feel that the clients needs come first. The services are high quality, top notch and the cost of projects are reasonable and fair. The Skyline team are hard working, responsible and fast. We have always been beyond thrilled with the outcome. The finished project is done right and with care as though it were his own. We have received many compliments on how beautiful looking our kitchen and bathrooms came out. If you are thinking of a renovation, I would highly encourage you to at least meet with Skyline and compare them to others. Without a doubt, we will absolutely continue to work with Skyline in the future.

Eric is the Best Contractor Ever! We met him and instantly knew he was clam and organized and had great ideas for us . Eric started right away step by step he told us daily what was going on at the house and walking us through the process. We were not living in the house and trusted him to take care of our place for us! Then 5 weeks later he was done yup unbelievable but true! We had our kitchen remodeled and 3 bathrooms remodeled too plus a few others odds and ends. Eric people were so clean and showed up each day worked hard. As new homeowners we wanted to have everything fresh and designed our way, before we move in. The priorities were bathrooms, floors and walls. Skyline construction is a perfect company for all that. It was simple,found them on google, met up with Eric and signed the contract! Eric is very easy to work with, professional, courteous, reliable and efficient. We have newborn baby, so its a lot of work without the remodeling,. Eric made the whole process easier, from picking tile, helping with vanities, wall colors, hardwood floors etc. . His team have done an amazing job! I have to brag about our master bathroom, its to die for! And its fun to be a designer of your own home when you are dealing with professionals like skyline construction. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an upgrade.
