My 70’s Ranch Style Home was due for an update. It’s a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home. We wanted to turned the home that we already loved, into our forever dream home. We contacted Stan from Evolve Homebuilders to achieve our vision. He does quality work for a reasonable prices. Now we have two master suites, remodel all three bathrooms and turned one bedroom into a walk in closet!! Also the unforeseen was done like plumbing and etc. but it was all done within our budget. Definitely will recommend him for any Remodeling or additions you want for your home

Evolve Homes helped us build our custom home in The Woodlands, TX and while it wasn't always an easy process, we were very happy with the final result and the service we received from the owner (Stan) overall. We began construction at the beginning of January, 2012 and the moved into a nearly complete house at the end August, 2012 (around 8 months of construction). While there were some delays due to laborers not showing up when they said they would and falling behind schedule, we were generally happy with the timeframe and Evolve worked with us to ensure we met our move in date. Even though there were a few ongoing items still in progress when we moved in, Evolve worked with us to bring in workers on weekends and after hours to finish everything up. Then over the course of the year after construction Evolve was in close contact with us regarding any issues we noticed and responded promptly to come out and fix them. The owner Stan is genuinely a nice guy, and is easy to work with even through the stressful event of building your own home. His new foreman Ken is also spectacular and extremely experienced in high-quality construction practices. They will not leave you hanging with issues and they will make sure your home is exactly how you asked for it and the quality will be top-notch. Thank you Evolve!
