After seeing the beautiful work EV Decks & Gazebos completed for two of our neighbors, we asked them to build similar structures for us in our backyard. Esteban created a custom design that included an arbor, gazebo and trellis connected by a large deck. It was impressive — even on paper! The angles in the design perfectly complemented the back of our house and the placement of the structures nicely balanced the entire area. Esteban was willing to make minor adjustments to the design before we agreed on the final price. EV Decks & Gazebos made the overall process easy and provided a full-service solution. They helped to secure approval from The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committee before the work started. They also coordinated the required electrical and sprinkler work at the proper times. Esteban and his crew were completely reliable the entire time — they showed up on time, worked long days, gave regular updates and completed the entire project within the stated timeframe. In general, Esteban is very conscientious about his work. It is clear he has a personal sense of pride in providing high quality workmanship. And, Esteban sincerely cares about customer satisfaction. I originally hired EV Decks and Gazebos in 2010 to build a small deck and pergola in our back yard. The level of craftsmanship and dedication was much more than I expected I had them come back out in 2011 to stain the deck. I recently had Esteban and his team out again this year to fix so minor aging, powerwash, and restain. I can't think of too many other companies or company owners for that matter that I have done business with for over a decade. I highly recommend EV Decks and Gazebos.

Until I met Esteban I thought customer service in America was dead. This man is polite, shows up, works hard, quotes fair prices and the quality of his work is unmatched. We’ve had a landscaping project that has been ongoing now for 2 years and we’ve paid Esteban tens of thousands of dollars to build a gazebo, fencing and several other structures during this timeframe. We would not keep calling Esteban back if he did not do stellar work. My husband is a small business owner in the community and expects a lot out of anyone he hires. Esteban has exceeded my husband’s expectations every single time.

Just don’t hire this man to do anything. He presents all these great structures he has built but he couldn’t build a simple deck for me. Within three days it rained & the roof leaked not in one place but all over. He would not fix. I couldn’t discuss anything with him he was so combative. I had to hire another company to tear down & rebuild but now I have a roof that doesn’t leak. Stay away from Esteban- EV Decks & Gazebos

I would highly not recommend him. He is not professional and takes your money. He insisted on an upfront deposit even though the project wouldn't be started for several months. Finally he calls me to deliver the cedar wood. He purchased the wrong wood and then tried to make me responsible for it even though I gave him pictures and showed him my cedar shutters and cedar garage door. He now wants to charge me $1000 more for his mistake. I told him that is unprofessional and I would be willing to split it. He quit and has my money. Now I have to go to court to get my money back.
