The Verona Prestige Series 36" electric range was shipped by Executive Appliance within a couple of days after we placed the order. We received it yesterday and it is beyond gorgeous. My purchase of an ILVE majestic range from Robert at Executive Appliance was the most pleasant appliance purchase I've had. He was very knowledgeable about the product, answered every question I could have and the best part came in his careful attention to the shipping, checking in with me along the way on the progress of receiving the range and ensuring my satisfaction. When I had trouble with not realizing I needed a higher voltage (220 instead of 110) for the range after installation - he immediately contacted ILVE, arranged a service tech to come and diagnose the issue and once installed properly it is a dream to cook on. Robert also ensured I knew he was available at any time if I encountered any problems. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through the process of sending in the manufacturing rebate. His customer service is the best I've seen for any product I've ever purchased. We ordered our ilve oven from Executive Appliance the last quarter of 2018. We ordered custom all the way, Colza yellow, Brass touches, hood and SS backsplash. It is an amazing product and is the centerpiece of our kitchen. Rarely a review writer, I feel compelled to share the fantastic experience we had with Executive’s Robert Maxwell.
