Executive Appliance

I was in need of a 36 inch duel fuel range to replace mine and I found Executive Appliance and ordered my new Lofra range. Robert and his customer service is outstanding. He was very helpful and willing to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them.

After 30+ years as a real estate broker & investor, I’ve renovated probably a hundred properties or more, which is to say I’ve dealt with my share of vendors and bought a lot of appliances. For my own kitchen remodel, I reached out to Robert M. @ Executive Appliance with a few questions — Robert spent a lot of time to go over my options, even brought up considerations I had not thought to ask. Unhurried, no pressure, just intensely interested in providing me with all the information I might need to choose the right model. Once I selected the Lofra range I wanted, he messaged me with updates through every step of the shipping & delivery process. I can’t recall ever having such a perfect experience with any vendor — and the product is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this company; Robert is the consummate professional with the expertise every buyer hopes to find. From beginning to end it was simply a flawless experience.

Exceptional Customer Service! They were prompt & knowledgeable about my range from the time I ordered. Received multiple updates on delivery. Extremely professional. Will definitely be ordering from Executive Appliance.

Executive Appliance is truly worth a 10-star review! Not only are they an authorized dealer for all the appliances they sell, the amazing and prompt sales & customer service we received from Executive Appliance was beyond what we ever experienced with other appliance stores we purchased from over the years. Robert Maxwell got back with us right away every time we reached out to him, even after hours and on the weekend. The Verona Prestige Series 36" electric range was shipped by Executive Appliance within a couple of days after we placed the order. We received it yesterday and it is beyond gorgeous. The Italian master craftmanship shows and was beyond our expectations. We can't wait to use it. Furthermore, the after-sale customer care we received from Executive Appliance was prompt and so appreciated: 10-Stars!

Excellent product knowledge and after-sale customer support. True personal service, which has become so rare these days. Thank you Robert at Executive!

Mr. Robert Maxwell of Executive Appliance provided exceptional service; very professional, courteous, helpful. Purchased a Verona Double Door Range and Verona Range Hood from Executive Appliance because of the previous positive comments and because of the great customer service I also received.

Outstanding product - a Verona 36 inch electric stove and also outstanding service by Robert. Robert stayed on top of events and timelines in the stove’s journey from Italy to New Jersey by boat and then onward by truck to Ohio and, finally, to our home in Indiana. Great job! Jim H.

I have never before experienced as superb customer service as Robert treated me. He was above and beyond. He was not only great explaining the products but also was very patient answering all my questions. And I had a lot. I live in Texas and ordering an appliance unseen can be nerve wrecking but with Robert’s help I ‘ve never questioned my decision. I got the gorgeous Verona range and I couldn’t be happier.

SERVICE - It was a real pleasure to deal with Robert Maxwell of Executive Appliance. Never have I experienced such customer service and communication. He made the whole experience of purchasing a Verona range a real pleasure and went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction. Robert answered all my questions, made a few calls on my behalf and also gave me his cell number. There was not one moment where I doubted that this was the correct choice. When the range arrived (exactly when Robert said it would) and was installed it surpassed my expectations. If interested in a Verona Range I would whole heartedly recommend purchasing it from Executive Appliance and Robert Maxwell.

Robert Maxwell with Executive Appliance is the penultimate professional. Knowledgeable and courteous during our search for just the right range. He went above and beyond!

The ultimate professional! Courteous, helpful and extremely customer oriented. Robert went over and above to help us get our dream range within our project timeframe. Would definitely purchase from him again.

My purchase of an ILVE majestic range from Robert at Executive Appliance was the most pleasant appliance purchase I've had. He was very knowledgeable about the product, answered every question I could have and the best part came in his careful attention to the shipping, checking in with me along the way on the progress of receiving the range and ensuring my satisfaction. When I had trouble with not realizing I needed a higher voltage (220 instead of 110) for the range after installation - he immediately contacted ILVE, arranged a service tech to come and diagnose the issue and once installed properly it is a dream to cook on. Robert also ensured I knew he was available at any time if I encountered any problems. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through the process of sending in the manufacturing rebate. His customer service is the best I've seen for any product I've ever purchased. He goes out of his way to ensure that everything is just right.
