Placed order 3 years ago, and payed down payment of 6000.00$ ‘ was promised furniture delivery within 4-6 month. 3 years later no refund , no response to my calls, building the case with law enforcement. Do not get scam by this company

I truthfully didn't know what category this complaint fell under because there are so many. My husband and I ordered a mirror December 2019 with the understanding that it would take roughly 8 weeks to complete. When everywhere shut down due to Covid-19 we patiently waited and understood the delay would increase. We have made multiple attempts to get Shea, the manager, on the phone to find out now, almost a year later, the status of our product. Till this day Shea has not returned my phone calls. She also has not responded to all of my emails. The last email she responded to (I have sent two since) she offered another estimated completion and shipping timeframe of three more months and that she "upgraded us to the white glove service". Which is having strangers, during Covid-19 "install the mirror". I responded letting her know that at this time that sounds a bit dangerous considering we live in the NY metro area considered one of the meccas for Covid. I also requested a full or partial refund since she is now finally responding stating we may receive our product a year later. We were extremely patient and understanding with them this entire time now realizing the refuse to be the same for us. I feel robbed and want my product I ordered prior to her estimated three months or a full refund before taking legal action. For $1400, I will not stop until the right thing is done by us.

I ordered a piece of furniture in August. I have not heard from them concerning even a shipping date from whichever country their furniture is made. Once ordered, you are held to their contract which states NO REFUNDS. No matter how long the piece takes, you are held hostage. After six months of waiting, you are welcome to cancel the order by paying a 20% restocking fee. How can they restock what they never stocked? This is not a good company. Caveat emptor

OMG, Fabulous is the perfect name for this company. I found their website online while searching for bedroom furniture. After months of contemplating I decided to purchase The Elise bed & Helene wardrobe closet. The customer representative (Emily) was very patient and made sure the pieces were to my specifications. After a VERY LENGTHY wait, the furniture was finally delivered. It was well worth the wait; the craftsmanship and quality were superb. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I am a customer for life.

I am so impressed with the quality of this furniture and how nice everyone was when I was choosing the perfect chair, for my office. They made sure I took different variables into consideration and helped me figure out what went best and was most practical. I even ended up getting a matching mirror and replaced my cabinets with the most fabulous chest that I get compliments on DAILY! I'm so happy to be at work in my fancy office everyday.. Loving it!

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Very professional! The quality of the furniture is exceptional! Very pleased with the whole experience!

Not the best experience! I order several pieces, the bigest piece took one year an a half in been deliver, i ask for a refund but they told me they do not cancel orders so i was forced to wait all that time. Poor Quality! Do not match the price

We purchased a bed and chair in August 2014, and most recently a fabulous painting. All three items are beyond beautiful and are very well made. Without fail, the very first thing people comment on when they walk in our home, is the "throne" at our dining table and how much they love it. The customer service has been top notch from delivery to follow up calls. Everyone I've spoken to has been so nice, & you can tell how excited they are about their product in every interaction. I'm sure more Fabulous & Baroque will make it into our home in the future!

Purchased (paid 1/2) August 3,2025. Was told delivery in 14-16 weeks (should have arrived well before Christmas as this WAS a Christmas present). Still haven't received it yet....got an email saying it's finally done (8 months later) and they are putting on a truck...unfortunately I won't be home the day they have to deliver (no choice of delivery date) so don't plan a vacation any time during the year you may get your furniture delivered....horrible customer service. No explanation of delay. No offer of reduced shipping cost etc for delay....would NEVER order from this company again!

Awesome experience with professional service. My items ( beautiful as they were ), were delivered as expected, unwrapped, and the trash was taken from my place of residence. The delivery guys were extremely nice and did just as they promised. Traveling all up and down the East Coast from Texas takes determination and professionalism.

Great quality and looks exactly like the picture. They estimated at least 8 weeks for delivery and it even came ahead of schedule, which was a very nice surprise! Very professional and would definitely buy another piece from them again.
