At Fallow Building Services, Inc., we take projects from start to finish- whether it's a new home, a renovation or just a quick fix! Large or small, from the design table to the name on the mail box, we are there to see your vision through to completion. With over forty years of experience in the construction trades, we take pride in all of our projects. Our experienced crew and professional office staff will work together to facilitate direct, personal communication with you to ensure your vision comes to life and avoid costly delays. Safety is one of our main concerns. We regularly upgrade equipment and tools and offer training and education for all of our employees. We carry MEMIC workers' compensation insurance to protect our employees and our business. Certificates of both workers comp and liability are available on request. Paul Fallow's crew of carpenters did a superb job of removing my old decking and replacing with an absolutely beautiful new deck, even down to a small, decorative, shelf at one end. I couldn't be more pleased. And, all of the Fallow employees are friendly, polite and answered any questions I had. Thank you, Fallow Building Services.

Our project was completed in a timely manner with attention to detail and with everything we had desired. The crews were professional and highly skilled. The end product is a handsome structure that will be standing for a long time to come. Fallow Building Services is excellent in every way. Fallow Building Services gave me everything one could want: their work is high quality, they fit me in to a busy schedule, once they started they followed through to the end of the job, and they communicated with me through the process. I heard from them every day; any question I had was answered the same day. The job involved installing cement foundation piers beneath two porches, which they did to my satisfaction; but at the same time they also made sure to level the porches so that the doors no longer stick. To get at the area to be excavated they dismantled two sets of stairs and a small deck, as well as porch trim; all of that was put back together better than it had been before. To cap it off the crew put down loam and grass seed, and covered with straw; they returned twice a day to water until grass was growing. The entire job was completed in a few days.

They performed the work efficiently and with outstanding accuracy; they were all great to deal with; and when they were done, they left the job and grounds cleaner than when they had arrived. We were first introduced to Fallow Building Services through Houzz after contacting a few new vendors. Paul was one of the few contacts that immediately returned our call, met with us, and was as excited as we were to begin the project. We renovated the existing house including the kitchen, bathrooms and indoor/outdoor living spaces. They also added an extension to the house with a complicated, but flawlessly executed second story deck. Paul and his team are honest, creative and reliable. They offered design solutions throughout the project. We are amazed with the outcome. Will continue to work with them! (Brooksville Remodel)
