Farrell, Eric, Ed, and Jake all did an outstanding job on our in-law home addition. Our project was completed in the time we expected and right on budget. The team was very professional in their dealings with us and wanted to meet our expectations in all they did. We could not have asked for a better first building experience.

After looking for a builder for almost a year and having no luck I was referred to Cornerstone and Farrell . This was well worth the wait for my project. I have to say Iam so very pleased with the end result. Looks beautiful and adds a good amount of outdoor living space. The work was done in the projected time frame and on budget . If I had any questions or concerns they were addressed to my satisfaction . I would absolutely use Cornerstone for future projects.

Farrell and his family have been building homes in my area for decades and their crews and subcontractors are dedicated and long term associates who work as a team for the best interests of the customer. Conerstone Design/Build group took on a major addition to my home and constantly went above and beyond what was required to make the final product not only meet my expectations; but often exceeded them simply because it made the final outcome better. All of this plus an extremely competitive bid compared to other builders both larger and smaller; combined with genuinely warm and friendly interpersonal relationship skills made building this sun room and screened spa room a great experience.

I had used a number of builders/construction companies before finding Cornerstone. They are not only great guys, and now friends of mine, but they show up when they say they will, they only take the amount of time they promise, and the costs are what they state in the beginning. I will never use anyone else for our construction needs!

My wife and I worked with Cornerstone to build a sunroom on our house. We worked with them closely on the design and materials. They were very receptive to our ideas and we were very pleased with the final plan. The construction crew did a great job, and the quality and workmanship was excellent. does great work we added 12 ft out and 22 ft long with basement under it for a total of 528 sq ft wife loves it and feels like she is on vacation with the windows and light. His workers are great will do anything to help you. yes will highly recommend their work and craftsmen ship to anyone who needs good honest work done.

We really enjoyed working with Cornerstone Design in designing our log cabin. Farrell was great in working up our floor plan several times. He work with our idea's and come up with a couple that we liked and were cost efficient. His staff would always answer our questions whenever we showed up on what they were working on. Farrell built our home in 1986 and we are still pleased with it. We feel it is well built, the finish work is excellent, and the subcontractors were professional. It still looks great today. In 2012, we were ready for a kitchen update and did not consider anyone else for the job. Ferrell always listened and worked well with us in what we wanted to accomplish. He was on time, returned phone calls and kept us informed. He stayed within budget with both projects.
