FAS did a great job replacing all the windows on my home with hurricane impact-rated windows - the new windows look incredible, and they helped lower my monthly utility bill!

In my opinion, I would not recommend you use FAS. I personally did not have a good experience during the 2 times I used them.

On June 27, 2014, my wife and I entered into an agreement with FAS company to purchase and have installed thirty-four (34) windows and five (5) doors at our home. The total transaction fee was quoted at $36,942 and we placed $18,471 down as a deposit. Fifteen (15) months later, and the final parts were just now delivered. We were told over and over again when we gave FAS nearly twenty-thousand dollars that this was a “6-8 week job”. Through a series of inexplicable mishaps on FAS’ end, we had: •Multiple and routine delays from month 1, mostly without explanation •Misrepresentations, misleading, and fraudulent sales practices •Undelivered promises followed up by routine periods of no communication from FAS employees for weeks and sometimes for months at a time with no updates to us •Lack of timely returned calls, oftentimes after us making multiple calls to multiple FAS people •Six (6) different installation visits to our home •Incorrect windows and doors delivered and/or installed; not just once, but three times (3x) •Shoddy installation of the large kitchen window which included FAS using a box cutter to artificially cut the sashes in order to make the window fit into the standard window sill. The insulation and other materials can be seen leaking out of the four corners of the most viewed window in our entire home (see photos). The company’s literature and website espouses its stellar reputation and customer testimonials. That certainly has not been our experience. Quite the contrary, we are now unfortunately needing to seek legal relief as the CEO of FAS has sent us a final invoice even though we have refused to sign off on the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee certificate. Incidentally, the independent installers have been fantastic and have provided high quality work. The CEO blames the sales person and the window manufacturer for our problems. I strongly advise you go elsewhere and save your time, money, and peace of mind. Do not choose FAS.

I highly recommend FAS Windows & Doors. The salesperson came to my home and educated me on all of my options. He was courteous and professional and spent as much time as I needed to understand my best choices. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently on a very hot summer day and cleaned up after themselves. They also spent time showing me how to operate my new windows. I am working in phases, but will purchase more when I can.

They did a great job on our window and doors. They will prompt, efficient and got the job done in an efficient manner. We will use them again.

From the sales person to the installers to the people in the office, they were all professional and kept their promises. They came when they said they would be here. They pulled the permits. They even told me a window that I wanted to install upstairs could not be done because of building code. 2 other vendors that I looked at told me "oh we will just slide them in, no one will know". They also did not lie about how much money it would save us in electric bills. They said about 25 to 35 percent. The other vendors told me 60 to 70 percent, which was a lie.. They cleaned up after themselves. No one smoked on the property. The quality of their products is wonderful. We replaced all of my windows and doors. We replaced our sliding glass doors with French doors which are beautiful and well built. My front door is gorgeous. The windows are so easy to clean and they look great. They even hooked up us with a contractor who boarded up some walls in the kitchen so that we could shorten the size of the windows we really wanted to have installed. We have had a lot of compliments on their work from neighbors and friends. Maybe the best part of all is our electric bills have dropped an average of $100 a month. I would and have recommended FAS windows and doors to any person that will listen. They are absolutely wonderful.

I had heard about FAS Windows and Doors years ago advertised on my favorite Christian radio station. I knew if I ever needed windows I would call them. Well, 5 years later I called them and got a qoute. The quality of the windows far exceeded that of my local home improvement warehouses and were less expensive. Their knowlege and professionalism was outstanding! They worked with me and let me customize to my needs. They told me about a sale on the double hung windows which made the cost the same as single hung ones. I was thrilled! I had always wanted double-hung windows. And now, I do. They were delivered on time as scheduled. Great experience. I'll be back!

We replaced 4 sliding patio doors with PGT 470 doors and 15 windows with Simonton Impressions 9800 windows. Not only are these top of the line quality products, but we had two top-notch installers, Mike and Mike, in our home for four days. From the onset, dealings with their sales rep, Phillip, their project manager, Steve, and Mike and Mike, every contact was straight forward, no pressure or gimmicks, and professional in every way. What a pleasure it was to deal with FAS - including watching them tear out the old, install the new, and clean up the debris. Yes, we would recommend them to our friends and already have. BTW, theirs was not the lowest estimate, but we knew we wanted the better quality products they were going to provide. This is a company that deserves your consideration - we hope your satisfaction will be like ours - totally satisfied.
