We were about to get a few days of rain and even though they couldn’t start the job right away Fernando came by to seal the leak so that I Wouldn’t have further damage. Very happy with my new roof. They are reliable - they came when they said they would come, they kept me updated if there was a change in plans, and they treated me and my neighbors with respect. I contracted with FC&Sons to get new siding, and new roof and gutters (it was a big job), and FC&Sons quote was extremely reasonable! The company is very organized and efficient (Kateryna, the office manager, is amazing at keeping you updated and on track with payments etc.). Pablo, the owner, is wonderful to work with. He provided excellent feedback and recommendations, and he happily answered every one of my never ending questions about the project. The workers were very kind and hard working, and they showed great pride in their work. I think they looked forward to my reaction every time I saw the work they completed. We are so happy to have picked FC & Sons for our renovations. The scope of the work we had done was rather large. We added a master bedroom and bath in the attic and most of the second floor was renovated as well. FC & Sons was suggested by our architect and after talking to former clients, and FC & Sons themselves, we felt they would be able to move the project along swiftly and knew they were the right fit for us. We were not disappointed. FC & Sons were extremely organized in scheduling work crews, inspections, and ordering of materials to make sure they arrived on time. The work of all involved was swift and of high quality. They were very also attentive to our needs and willing to add work as it occurred, for example adding a new staircase between the first and second floors. In addition, they were mindful of the weather. When you cut your roof open and a hurricane approaches, it is good to know that your contractor comes by even after hours to make sure everything is covered so that your house is safe. While everyone who works at or with FC & Sons is dedicated to their craft, we would like to mention Pablo in particular, as he is the main contractor and project manager: most of our interactions were with him. Pablo is not only highly capable and organized, but also the kindest and most relaxed person. Whenever we approached him with a "Pablo, can we …" he would take it in stride and work with us to find a solution. Most importantly, while he would present us with options, he never tried to push something onto us, but always respected our decisions. The renovation was a very stressful time, but working with Pablo and his crew was an absolute pleasure. And FC & Sons never begrudged our involvement or daily visits “to feed our cats” which included inspection of all work. Even though we only added under 400 square feet to our house, it has had such a positive impact on our lives. Our dining room is back to being a dining room rather than a pandemic office. We now have a separate office, master bedroom and bath oasis in the attic, and we are enjoying all of our living spaces in a completely new way thanks to FC & Sons’ outstanding work. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I found this company by via Google and needed professional help with what direction to take regarding repair to my garage. From customer service to FC and Sons coming out to give me consultation on what direction I should go for my project and what type of services my garage needs was excellent. Pablo and team were true professionals to work with. We thought we had a small issue from a gutter leak until we opened the walls up and saw that it was a much bigger job than anticipated. We were introduced to FC and Sons by a friend who just had his roof replaced. This friend was so pleased with the job and was speaking so highly of Fernand that I decided to give him a call. It was a very nice experience from the time we met to the time his team completed the job!!! They work very hard, they do great professional work, and they are reasonably priced. Also they listen to your opinion, are flexible, and all around nice people. My wife and I consider them a great find!!!
