Cupola added to Geodesic Dome, we highly recommend Fackler Construction. We have a Geodesic Dome that we built nearly 20 years ago. Originally there was a triangular sky light in one in the 5 panels that rounded the dome at the peak. The roof pitch was only 2/12 so nearly flat. About 6 years ago we had a small leak in one corner, worked to immediately get it sealed but about ever other year it was a problem and we need to come up with a permanent solution to protect the integrity of the roof. Because of the specialty nature of the dome it took us over two years to find a contractor willing to tackle something a “little different” Fackler Construction of McMinnville was willing to take on the challenge. Their design and engineering team was great to work with and came up with a very attractive and functional design. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They did a kitchen and bath remodel - didn't finish the job and now all the subs are reaching out to us directly because Ben Fackler refuses to pay them! This is so disappointing - I wish we had paid the subs directly.

they sub contracted out our job (must have been too "small") to a company that fought us every step of the process or doing a partial renovation of our deck. Regret moving forward with the job in 2019.

Fackler construction is a great company to work with! Everyone who works there was accommodating and responsive to any questions we had during the process. We remodeled an old home. We told them our idea/vision. They not only listened to us, they went above and beyond on our restoration. They have the knowledge and experience to renovate any type of home. We hired fackler construction the first of October to remodel our kitchen and install new windows. We decided to use them because their estimator assured us “we could have this whole house done before Christmas!”... well it is March 16 and the windows finally were put in right before Christmas. However, when washing the house water started pouring into the house since they didn’t seal the windows properly... the kitchen is still not complete and I’ve ended up doing much more work on this project than What they told me I would do... their electrician did very questionable work and my father and I have spent hours trying to make it work so we could use outlets or have lights... they try to get away with things and hope you don’t notice things such as not putting insulation back in. They installed a hood in mid January that didn’t work from day one and the problem still hasn’t been resolved. But they told me “Covid issues” has caused delays... only after I have to reach out. They also try to over charge you and do not give a break down on their invoices... Their work is not very good, communication non existent, I feel like they are dishonest, and I have made sure to tell everyone who has asked about this company to rethink their decision. The only good thing they did was hire a sub to do drywall work and he was great. Update: fackler accepted that they had fallen short and went well above and beyond to make it right. They finished the kitchen and fixed all the problems, and went ahead and installed new gutters and repainted the exterior of our home. While we did get off to a rough start they more than made up for it and would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. Everything came out as I had dreamed. Remodeled bathroom, new shower and sink, flooring. New kitchen sink, countertops and flooring. New flooring in half of the house. Did some drywall and matched the paint to cover it. Railings for outside look beautiful and sturdy. Very happy with the work.

Great guys, Pleasure to work with, really responsible and diligent. I am recommending this compony for new construction or remodeling projects.

FACKLER REVIEW Fackler Construction would be my choice every time! We wanted to make sure that the builder we chose would put our wishes first and someone who fulfilled our perquisites. We definitely wanted someone who knew the region and was tied to the community into which we were moving, since we were new to the area and the state. We became familiar with the city and started asking other locals who they felt would be a good fit and Fackler Construction came up every time. We contacted Ben Fackler, met with him and started making plans. He listened to the things we wanted and gave us options, immediately drew up plans and met with us every step of the way. Ben kept us on budget and on time. His staff and employees were always very nice and helpful. He was voted Builder of the Year in McMinnville 2017-2018 and rightly deserving!

We had a previously unusable room that was long, but narrow, with a fireplace on the long wall. But only about 6' of "usable" space in front of the fireplace. The Fackler team came in and worked with us to knock out the fireplace and wall and move it out 12' or so, creating a beautiful room where we spend much of our time now! They also built us a climatized wine room, a new laundry room, new hardwood flooring throughout the main floor, AND expanded the covered deck space behind our house. Our Project Mgr, Raymond, was on-site most days and kept us in-the-loop on progress and timelines, especially as we threw a change-order or two into the mix: Why not re-do the master shower and tub, as long as all the plumbing needs to be re-routed with the construction downstairs?! No problem...they took it in stride and kept moving forward. It's been a bit over a year since construction finished and we are still soooo in love with our space and I don't know how we would've survived the Covid-19 quarantining this winter w/out this beautiful, bright room! We've since hired them to do a few smaller projects, as well, through their ProHandyman Services.

My husband, and I have used Fackler Construction on several occasions. Fackler Construction has fixed our living room ceiling, repaired damaged flooring due to water damage, reroofed our house, and most recently, built a beautiful deck on the outside of our home. They were mindful of our home, and our belongings both inside, and outside of our home. They worked so efficiently, and are truly a team of professionals! We would not hesitate to call on them again if the need arises, and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing any type of construction or repairs! Great job, and thank you, Ben & Team!!

I am so pleased to give 5 stars to Fackler Construction. They responded quickly to our project, gave us a very good price and promptly fitted us into their busy summer schedule. When we had a few follow up concerns, they responded right away. We have a very old historic property which needs regular attention. It is gratifying to know we need make only one phone call when a need arises.

AMAZING ! On time and on Budget both! Very pleased!!! Everything we had ask for was completed as they had stated!
