Rory and his team were a dream to work with. He had great vision for a complete remodel of our home. They were flexible with our schedule. All costs and options were completely transparent. Most importantly they delivered a very high quality remodel on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a remodel.

Fein Design was referred to us by a General Contractor to design a new bathroom. Our Michelson Home has a 40+ year old small upstairs bathroom. We met with Rory at are home to show him the existing bathroom and explained our "needs and wants". Within in two days Rory was back at our house with his Designer Katie to measure the existing bathroom and adjoining rooms. Within two weeks we met at Fein Design's offices to review not one but six different design renderings. After selecting a final design they provided us with a complete set of Construction Documents. Final Thought: WOW! Fein Design, Rory and Katie, thought out-of-the-box and designed us a new larger bathroom and incorporated the surrounding rooms.

Rory and his Fein Design Team took our "charming" 1950's English cottage and turned and updated our living spaces into a modern, warm and welcoming home. Gone are the knotty pines and outdated light natural wood tones. Rory melded our Fein design remodel/construct great room and kitchen project of 2003 creating an entire home that lives as one. Our master bath remodel is exquisite. Rory, Catie and the Fein Design independent contractors were great listeners and respectful artisans, allowing us to function during the construction process. Kudos to Rory and his team!

Our selection of Rory and Catie of Fein Design to design and remodel our master bathroom was based on their reputation for high quality work and their excellent group of skilled craftsmen. We were not disappointed. We loved their superb communication and rapid response to every concern. It became clear to us as the project proceeded that Rory and Catie intended to exceed our expectations in every detail. Whether it was the cabinetry or the in floor heating system or the tile work time after time it turned out better than we anticipated. Through their efforts our dream for our master bathroom became a reality that we love and enjoy every day.

We hired Fein Design to design and renovate our 40-year old kitchen. We were nervous about embarking on such a large project. However, Rory walked us through the steps, and we quickly became comfortable with proceeding with the designs he created. Rory suggested that we "bump out" our kitchen in order to accommodate the island we wanted. The price was reasonable, and in retrospect we are very happy that we listened to his suggestion. The sub-contractors were detail-oriented, professional and responsive; it is obvious that Rory has a positive working relationship with these tradesmen. The help we received from Rory's assistant was invaluable in terms of following up on details promptly and communicating often to answer any question we might have. Catie and Rory kept in touch with us daily to ensure that we knew the timetable, logistics and construction costs, so that there were few surprises. They exceed our expectations, and as a result, we have recommended Fein Design to several other friends who are considering remodeling projects.

Fein Design met with us and subsequently and efficiently came up with plans for our new kitchen. They listened to our desires and stayed within our budget, all within a timely manner and a great attitude.

When we decided to update our home a friend suggested contacting Rory Palubiski of Fein Design in Mequon. He was the architect and construction manager of their beautiful home 10 years age. At our first meeting with Rory, we knew we had made the right decision. He was easy to talk with , encouraged our participation in the planning, was mindful of our budget, and offered interesting creative ideas. The quality of the workmanship of the people working with Rory is very profession. Many have worked with Rory for years and seem to understand Rory"s high expectations. During the bathroom remodel and interior modifications we were contacted daily by Rory or his staff to check on the day's progress. By removing a wall in the kitchen a good flow pattern was created between the kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room. At Rory's suggestiion we kept our existing cupboards only adding new hardware. His cabinet maker made a 9 foot island matching the stain and style of the cupboards perfectly which added much needed storage space. The bathroom remodel and design are terrific. The shower area was made larger and a Thermasul package was installed. It features chromotherapy, aroma therapy, build in speakers, body jets. and steam. The tile work is outstanding. Over all a nice experience.

My comapany provides roofing and gutter services for Fein Design. They always are very professional, very detailed oriented. They also always have their intersts inlined with their clients keeping the clients best interests at the top of the list.
