We met with Jason and Kellie briefly to hash out our renovation ideas and we immediately clicked and knew we would be in good hands. We took a big leap of faith on this project as it was an extensive house renovation that we would have to oversee completely remotely and we are so grateful that we chose Faulkinberry Enterprises as I don't think we could have managed otherwise. Kellie was an incredible resource behind the scenes, facilitating decisions, coordinating resources, making sure the project was progressing on time and, overall, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground. Both Kellie and Jason were a pleasure to work with and our project was completed within budget and a month ahead of schedule! Unheard of! We could not be more pleased with their work and the high level of service they provided along the way. From the small details to the large, not a single thing was overlooked. Our house has truly been transformed and, simply put, it is stunning. The care and precision and pride that Jason and his crew puts into their craft is immensely evident and we were grateful for the astute input, ideas and suggestions they offered along the way. They truly went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we wanted and then some. Should we need any further work in the future, we will most definitely use Faulkinberry Enterprises again. I’ve used Jason in the past for a bathroom remodel and also to rebuild a deck and was beyond impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work. I just recently had a small half bathroom remodeled and again I am just thrilled at how beautiful it is! It is grey and white and it is just stunning! I love the guys on his crews-always on time and ALL go over and above to ensure a happy customer. Jason has spoiled me with his quality, timeliness and professionalism and I’m equally amazed at how pleasurable and just plain wonderful his crew is. I would NEVER use anyone else EVER again. One of the luckiest things to have happened to us since moving to Bella Vista was finding Jason at Faulkinberry Enterprises. He quickly stepped in to finish tile work in our kitchen and then we had him paint our porch and are looking forward to having him treat our back deck! His employees are dedicated to excellence in whatever job they are doing. They are all friendly, polite and nice to have in your home. I used Jason to remodel my bathroom and rebuild my deck and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jason arrives for appointments on time and is always available for questions. Faulkinberry Enterprises LLC is a rare gem! The crew is prompt, polite, professional, well attired, and SUPER hard-working! Unlike other contractors we have had, these guys work hard and don’t sit around on the clock on their phones! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had Jason install a floor in our basement, build a bar in our basement, painted our kitchen and installed a back splash, painted cabinets in upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, sinks and counters in bathrooms... there’s more, but the point is Jason did quite a bit to help us realize what we wanted for our home and it’s beautiful. He was on time, on budget, had kind/reliable/respectful employees, and even better — he did what he said he was going to do and asked what we wanted when he didn’t know. He’s a genuinely nice and patient person. Last weekend, I had a sink disaster and he came to our home and helped me vacuum up the water for two hours and helped me save the floor. I’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to make new changes to their home, big or small.

I’ve contracted Jason and his crew several times and I can attest that they are fantastic. Jason always answer his phone when you call, they are up front about pricing, and they deliver a quality result. Quite honestly I don’t plan on contacting any other contractors other than Jason for projects at my home. You can safely acquire this company to get work done at your home.

My family found itself in a unique situation last year. My father had passed away at the beginning of the year and my mom was looking at the two handful's of rental properties they had in Bentonville, Arkansas, trying to sort out their condition and which, if any, needed to be remodeled and sold. She decided that all needed some sort attention after years of neglect due to health issues in the family and that 2-3 were going to be sold. The first was a property in Bella Vista. All the members of the family were hours, if not days, away and onsite management was going to be impossible. I'm a long time residential contractor and carpenter and know that finding trustworthy characters in my industry can be difficult, least of all one that we could trust from that distance. We were fortunate and blessed to find Jason and his team for that first job. I have long held that craftsmanship is the right quality for the right price using up the right amount of time. To that end I can most definitely say that Jason is a true craftsman. At every turn in that first home, he not only addressed our list of issues, but he also brought his eyes to the job site. He looked with those eyes of experience and questioned what he saw, almost like he was a Brooks, and communicated things that we didn't see or even know about. As many may know, pricing corruption can happen in a process like this but it was not the case with Jason. He gave his honest opinion and then offered sound, efficient, and price sensitive solutions to each problem and even put in extra effort to find alternatives to save costs. Additionally, when one solution proved to be a mis-interpretation of the house structure, he was quick to adjust for the sake of the bigger picture, showing a unique bit of humility on the job site. We have since partnered on two more structures in our inventory. Two of the three have sold at or above market value and I believe that is in large part due to his advocacy on our behalf. He knows houses. He and his crew have seen a great many scenarios and bring that history to bear for problem solving in the residence. You will not find too many contractors out there with this kind of knowledge and with his integrity. I can not recommend him more highly than that. Jason is super friendly guy. He worked on my property and did an excellent job on entire remodel. He took effort to extra effort and care to finish the job and delivered on time! Works on flexible timelines and get the job done. Highly recommend him for any of the house projects.

We were looking for a flooring company and I thought I would try Houzz. Jason was the first to reply and worked with us as far as our budget and was on site when he promised. His crew worked late in order to get the job done. It was a very good experience and I would recommend Faulkinberry Enterprises if you want good service at the price promised and completed in the time frame promised.
