Fimbel Architectural Door Specialties LLC

Purchased 3 garage doors with a 15 year finish warranty from Fimbel. The doors started chipping after 1 year . The installer came out and touched up. Now all 3 doors show excessive chipping and I've called in the warranty but after 2-1/2 months no response or action from Fimbel. Terrible customer service.

The doors are shipped when promised and delivered with a smile. We proudly install Fimbel ADS, would recommend them fully and plan on many many more years of business with them!
