I paid nearly $7,000 to have flooring installed in one room, with approximately $4,000 of that cost attributed to labor alone. Unfortunately, the room is still not complete, and I now have to hire another flooring company to finish the job. To make matters worse, the final cost was over $1,000 higher than the original estimate, despite the owner visiting twice to assess the project. I expected a more accurate estimate and a completed job for the amount paid. I am disappointed with the experience. The work remains unfinished, and I am now facing additional expenses to have the project completed properly.

Chris and his crew are excellent. They installed new hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the den. The rest of the house had a 20yr old hardwood floor in bad condition. They refinished the whole floor (old and new) and the results were amazing, you can't tell the difference between the old and new floor. They also helped me pick the color I needed to achieve the look I was looking for. Their customer service is the best and the cost was affordable. I had 3 quotes and they were the best in terms of cost, schedule and service. I am very picky and a perfectionist. They were able to answer all my questions and deliver all I requested. I am very pleased and I am not easy to please. I really recommend First Class Wood Flooring.

I was completely satisfied with the all the aspects of working with First Class Wood Flooring. All my order details were understood and confirmed. Customer service was most reliable and replied to my requests in a timely manner. All work was neat, clean and very professional. The work was performed at promised times and completed on time. I had no complaints and they made no errors. they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend First Class Wood Flooring.
