FIVE STAR KITCHEN & BATH

Five Star Kitchen and Bath exceeded our high expectations for the remodel of our kitchen, great room and laundry. We have built 2 houses and remodeled 3 in the past, so we are not neophytes In the business. Jenni Contad and her team are professional and talented. We have never seen the level of organization and attention to detail combined with incredible aesthetic and creative talent that Jenni provides. Communication was easy and Jenni provided us with a weekly detailed progress report, including photos. Starting with the original bid, all written communications were detailed and complete. Jenni was so good at helping us to achieve the look we wanted within the existing parameters of our house. Our new kitchen is gorgeous and extremely efficient, much of which is due to Jenni's recommendations. The new floor conveys exactly the rustic mountain elegance we wanted. In short, we are extremely happy with the project! The whole process was fun and enjoyable (again, due to Jenni's engaging personality and the expertise of her and her staff). And they were able to complete the project before deadline. We can't recommend Five Star enough. They are truly the best!

We gutted the original kitchen of our early '80's house, and started from scratch. A daunting job, but Jennifer Conrad's vision and enthusiasm lowered the stress level as the job progressed. She was so easy to work with, and always available to go over design ideas, new products, color schemes, whatever we were dealing with - at every stage of the project. The showroom has a wonderful inventory of samples , from cabinets to tiles, countertops, and hardware. It was such a help to be able to bring things home to see how it all could work together. We found Jenni to be very knowledgable about all aspects of our kitchen design. Together we created our dream kitchen!

We used Five Star Kitchen & Bath to design and remodel (entirely remove and replace) our kitchen and the cabinetry in our living room. Additionally, all the hardwood flooring was replaced, all the doors and trim were refinished and most of the interior of the house was painted. All work performed was of the highest quality and management of the work was exceptional. Work was completed on time and on budget, and we were always keep in the loop regarding the schedule. As expected, issues arose, but they were handled quickly and professionally, with the focus always on our needs and desires. The end result; a complete transformation of our home with a huge workflow improvement in the kitchen and improved aesthetics throughout. We give Five Star Kitchen & Bath the highest recommendation.

John McGuone and 5Star kitchens helped me take an old tired 70s kitchen into the new century. Every process was explained and no question was deemed too silly. They brought in the project in the designated budget and time line. Over all I am very pleased with the result and very impressed with their professionalism. In fact I have hired them to remodel the living room and powder room this spring.
