Working with Donna was an absolute pleasure. She truly exceeded our expectations and made the process so fun and enjoyable. Additionally the finished product is even more incredible then we could have imagined. Donna is organized, diligent, creative, trustworthy, professional and kind! Donna went above and beyond to help and provide advice on projects that were outside the scope of what we hired her for. Donna is very hands on and was on site for all delivery’s to ensure a smooth process. Donna was incredibly fast to respond to any of our questions. Her team and vendors provided a high quality work product and were so beyond trustworthy. She delivered everything on time and in budget and I will certainly use her again and can’t recommend her enough. Not only did we love working with Donna professionally but also personally. Donna is everything we could have wanted in an interior designer and more. She totally got us and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

My husband and I have used Donna at both our previous and current homes. We both have somewhat different tastes and Donna is remarkable at making suggestions that meet both of our preferences. Some of the practices which make her invaluable to us include her speed in dealing with issues, her ability to come on site, make suggestions and then source the chosen items in a short amount of time and finally her suppliers and contractors are top quality. We look forward to working with her on all of our future projects.

We had the pleasure of working with Donna on our first home which we bought after living in NYC for 13 years. As a young couple with a new baby and a new house, Donna made the decorating process so easy and so much fun. Her taste is impeccable and she did a great job of guiding us through the process and also meeting all deliverables. As first time home owners we were looking to create a home that reflected our tastes and our lifestyle and Donna completely understood and respected our needs/goals as well as our budget. On top of everything she was so pleasant to work with--we'd recommend her to anyone.

This year we finally decided to “do” our kitchen, family room and laundry/mud room/half bath area. The choices were overwhelming and finding a builder was daunting. I called Donna, as we were happy with the great results she created for several smaller projects in our house; I immediately knew I had made the right choice. Donna spoke about the importance of a choosing a look that fit the style of our house, as well as giving consideration to creating a flow from the adjacent dining room, living room and entry leading to the new kitchen. Even better, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Donna could act as a General Contractor for the entire job! Selecting appliances, flooring, tiles, countertops, hardware, paint, and accessories, etc., proved to be a remarkably painless procedure with Donna’s guidance. She was on the job nearly everyday and worked hand in hand with the contractor and the subcontractors. Her crew was great. One of the on-site carpenters remarked that their construction jobs always went flawlessly when Donna supervised the project. Donna was present for any installation to make sure all products arrived intact and were installed per her instructions. When the island custom countertop arrived not perfect, Donna was on site to order it immediately back to the truck (I can only imagine the headache that I luckily avoided). She arranged for the correct replacement to arrive in short order. Working with Donna was a pleasure; she always had a smile on her face and a willingness to help with any decision (even areas of the house not involved in the renovation). I believe Donna goes above and beyond the job description and treats her clients like friends. The look that Donna created for our home is timeless, tasteful and welcoming. The project came in on budget and on time. I would highly recommend Donna for any design project. In fact, we invited neighbors to see our new kitchen and they are now starting their kitchen renovation with Donna and her team.

Donna recently helped us complete a full bathroom renovation. From start to finish, she was prompt, communicative and very organized. Her taste is impeccable and she was open to our ideas as well... Finding ways to creatively work it all together. We are thrilled with the final product, and so happy that we had the opportunity to work together. Highly recommend!

I've had the sincere pleasure of working with Donna on our kitchen, family room & 2nd floor bathroom. It's been such a great process. Her vision, expertise & sense of interior design/decorating go beyond what I ever imagined. Donna is the utmost professional, completely trustworthy & her choices are always "spot on". She is very talented, extremely creative & more then just an interior decorator. When we started to work together we immediately felt comfortable. I knew we were in the best hands! I used Benedetto Designs to redo my master bathroom and powder room at the same time. During the design Donna ‘got’ me very quickly; I sent her some pictures of what I liked and she very quickly figured out what my style is. She came up with a design with a couple of options that were spot on; she even said that I picked everything she expected with the exception of one item. She also did the project management which was incredible; I don’t know how somebody could do it themselves. She was very open to suggestions/changes during the project. Her contractors were great and left the place completely clean when they were done for the day. Overall the bathrooms came out fantastic; they are way beyond what I could have done or even imagined. I would unquestionably recommend her and will be using her again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Donna to redecorate our family room, dining room, living room and foyer. Donna is extremely professional, creative and very talented. She helped us to update basically the whole first floor, including selecting woodwork, lighting, paint colors and wall coverings as well as choosing new furniture and reupholstering/refinishing existing pieces. The sub contractors that she arranged were excellent and reliable. I would highly recommend Donna, and look forward to using her for any future projects!

We had never worked with a designer before but decided that we really needed guidance when we decided to renovate our house. Renovation included the kitchen, family room, powder room, master bath and dressing area and main bath. Going with Donna for design advise was the best decision we have ever made. Donna does not force a style on you but has an amazing ability to understand your style and works with your likes and dislikes to achieve amazing results. Working with your style preferences Donna guides you to stretch your style into areas that you might not have had a comfort level with without her expertise. With her gentle guidance Donna took us outside our comfort zone with designs and colors that, while very much our style, were choices we never would have thought of on our own. I would recommend Donna to anyone and fully intend to call on her for my next project. She is worth every penny of her fee plus some!!!

Donna Benedetto helped us design a remodeling of a bedroom, particularly the closet area. It turned out to be the best use of the space.

We hired Donna to help us renovate our master bedroom and were very pleased with her services every step of the way. She has impeccable taste and a great eye for details. She is conscientious of your needs and cares very much about satisfying the customer!

We had three bathrooms renovated. Two completely down to the studs. Donna chose all of the materials and finishes and managed the entire job including the sub contractors. She did not start any demo until all of our materials were on site. She was an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date on the progress, potential problems and timelines. The subs that she used were all top notch and professional. She was respectful of our budget and made choices that we felt were timeless and got the most bang for the buck. We will definitely be using Donna again for any future projects and would recommend her without question to anyone looking to hire a designer.
