My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We have used Forest Construction in concert with Showcase Kitchens on several house expansion and remodeling projects going back to 1999. Work has included full kitchen makeovers, master bath expansion and addition of new expanded bedrooms. Work is top notch from start to finish. Excellent project budgeting up front, few if any surprises mid- project ever. Excellent project supervision. All projects done on time if not before the projected completion time. Excellent post-completion punch list, warranty, and general follow up service. A model for how a general contractor and design firm should perform. Well worth ever dollar spent.

Our Bathroom remodels turned out great. They were very thorough and detailed oriented throughout the project. Employees were very respectful and polite. The work space was always picked up and cleaned at the end of the day. The schedule of work was communicated on a daily basis and they finished ahead of schedule.

My project was a kitchen remodel. It was done professionally and on schedule. I was kept advised of the status, my questions were answered, and concerns were addressed quickly. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the one or two issues that arose after the remodel was completed were taken care of immediately.

Forest Construction was easy to work with from the beginning of the project to the end. They provided an outline of the estimated dates for the stages of the project and generally met the dates in the outline. A few items took longer than expected due to items out of their control, i.e. delivery of materials not provided by them. They kept the project area clean and were always available to discuss any questions, concerns, etc. A reliable company and group of people to work with and would definitely use them again.

When our committee interviewed the architects and the contractors it was apparent to us that Forest Construction Co. and Jim Thayer Architect was a good match. They had worked together before so that was a plus. Forest Construction selected a Superintendent that was a perfect fit for project. Forest Construction save us money by suggesting better ways to do particular jobs, and looked out for us in many ways. Their management and employee were very respectful and courteous. They did all the city interfacing which was a big help. We would have meeting every two weeks or when needed and the owner (Jim Rice and Ernesto Sepulveda) would attend frequently. They built a 17,000 sq feet church Sanctuary with bathrooms, kitchen, nurseries and Sunday school rooms.
