Pat helped us with a massive remodel and did an excellent job. Yes, he's great at design and the technical bits -- especially efficiency gains for a house. But he was also a great partner, helping me brainstorm when needed, and make final decisions when it was time. At the end I felt much more confident about the decisions and the process. Patrick did a fabulous job of designing and preparing list of materials for the complete envelope renovation for our house. We had an vague idea of what we wanted but had no idea about materials or the construction process Patrick was instrumental in navigating the many options and helping us choose materials that would fit our budget and aesthetics and would work best with our existing structure and most importantly our local climate. All throughout the process Patrick produced high quality visualizations that really put our minds at ease about what the finished product would look like. He also helped us choose a general contactor and made sure the general contractor knew exactly what we wanted in terms of materials, colors, look and finishing.

Fritsch Plans Workshop brings both creative talent and a wealth of technical knowledge to his projects. No question is too esoteric for Patrick!
