My husband and I were embarking on a complete home remodel, and we were confounded by the multitude of options that confronted us. Literally thousands of choices for fixtures, cabinets, accessories and colors had us constantly revising and second-guessing. We had a vision of what we wanted but didn’t know how to tie it all together with color, textures and designer touches. Then we found “Designer by Your Side” with Francesca. Francesa quickly, and confidently, narrowed our boards and photos, and after our first hour meeting we were excited to move forward with a clear plan. Following our initial consultation, she worked with our samples on-site to offer terrific suggestions and enhancements which we incorporated into our project. She shopped on her own to provide us with additional options and spent time with us in her studio suggesting designer products that took our project from nice to WOW. The DBYS is a great option for those who enjoy searching for “the look” but need a professional trained and talented designer to help you achieve your goals.

"Working with Francesca Morgan Interiors was a full-circle moment for me. After graduating with a bachelor's of science in architecture, I found myself wanting to take my expertise a step farther and dabble into the world of design, leading me into an internship for Francesca. So when it came time to build my new home, there was no question... I knew I wouldn’t do it without her and her team. The process from the ground up took a little over a year, and Francesca was incredibly easy to work with throughout—always responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Her eye for detail and close working relationship with my contractor made this new build efficient. My goal with this home was peace, happiness, and comfort. After losing my husband and leaving behind a large home on two and a half acres, I needed a space that felt like a fresh start without all the overwhelming decisions that a new build brings. Francesca has decorated 2 homes for me. Her talent is beyond measure. She adapts to any decor as exemplified in my homes 2 different styles. She listens and respects your desires, but as well she is honest about what will work and not work. My husband happens to care about our decor. Francesca does especially well at working to make my husband and me both happy. In our first home she decorated which we custom built, she helped us with so many aspects...the exterior colors...from the roof, to pavers, to exterior paint. The interior was perfected with wallpaper and precisely matched window treatments. Beyond Francescas amazing God given natural talent of decorating, she has a beautiful heart.

Francesca Morgan Interiors created a Fantastic Home for myself and my husband who is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease. The Staff worked expeditiously and with perfection in every detail of the massive project. They gave us a home that is not only soothing for our soul but offers a lovely experience in each room. As a Caretaker I needed a home that felt like a peaceful retreat in the overwhelming day into night tasks of my new life. My husband is enjoying the transition from our beach house that FMI decorated for us 14 years ago to the newly designed French cottage farmhouse. I initially found Francesca by doing a local Facebook community page search and was pleasantly surprised to see ringing endorsements of her by people who had contracted with her and who lived in my Florida neighborhood. Building a house or renovating takes a lot of organizing, not to mention an understanding of how rooms and their design elements flow throughout a space. I had been lost under all of those decisions and trying to pull it all together until we went to Francesca Morgan Interiors. Looking at the home now, I realize how many mistakes I would have made with my initial design choices and I know that going with Francesca actually saved me from being miserable and eventually having to change everything until I finally, if ever, got it right! I spent hundreds of hours looking at lighting fixtures and faucets and tiles and every other detail and I was never sure I had found the right things...the size, the color, the quality, the placement...I wanted to do it right the first time. Once we hired Francesca Morgan Interiors I saved myself the time and stopped stressing and began to enjoy the whole process of creating my dream house. Francesca and her team listened carefully when we shared with them what our tastes, as far as interior design are, how my husband and I, being artists, wanted to organize our workspaces, and how we wanted to entertain and surround ourselves with our large extended family, friends, and pets. Then they went to work putting it all together. From the elegant and soothing wall colors where artwork pops to crystal chandeliers and lighting that is functional and gorgeous, to fun fabrics, unique cabinetry designs with wood finishes that speak to the artist in us, and not to forget the bathroom tiles and sinks and faucets that make our house truly our home. It's beautiful! Everyone at FMI was lovely to work with, professional, kind, and fun. I know too, that they will be there for us for any future design challenges. As far as the expense of having a designer, Francesca always made sure to keep me on budget. I can be a dreamer and she showed me elements that suited the house I was building. Thank you FMI for making this process and the final outcome so very amazing!

To say that I handed Francesca and her team a challenge would be a massive understatement. I believe I can honestly say that none of us fully realized what we were taking on at the outset. What I did know at the time was that I needed someone who could run the whole job, not just offer selections. That's fine for some, but I needed more. A lot more. I knew from our first meeting she was the one. And she and her team have been consummate professionals. Her knowledge and skill with colors, textures, detail, and design are second to none. And she has been really patient with me, guiding without pushing, to keep me on track during the biggest project I've ever been part of. To be fair, deadlines and budgets on a job of this scope have to be flexible. And who plans for a pandemic? But as we near the finish line, I'm excited to see the finished product. And when it's done, the Before and After photo album will cause whiplash.

Francesca designed us a beautiful space. She completely transformed our dark, drab and dated Kappa Delta lounge space at Wake Forest University. I never wanted to spend any time in our lounge or kitchen space because it was just dated and kind of gross. Francesca picked comfortable, cozy and beautiful accessories and pieces that made us all fall in love with the space and we never want to leave the lounge!

Working with Francesca Morgan Interiors and specfically Francesca, was a wonderful experience! Francesca was always pleasant, professional , attentive and prompt. We really appreciated how well she communicated with us throughout the entire project. If we had a question or concern we received prompt responses. We were remodeling and redesigning to our client's kitchen, breakfast room, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room and two bedrooms. Francesca's organization and attention to detail assured that every room was completed beautifully. Francesca was able to quickly tune in to our desired design and offer furniture and fabric selections that reflected our taste. She even actually does love wallpaper! The result was a beautifully designed home that is love and admire everyday! They still have a few more rooms to do and we will definitely want Francesca on our future projects!

At first meeting Francesca, she was wonderful. We gave her a $10K deposit on Labor Day weekend 2017 and we were ready to have her help us with a Contractor and do a remodel of a home we purchased. After asking several times for a Contract, she ignored the request. When asked for a break out of the work to be done, she would not give us a detailed break-out of the Contractor. We told her our budget, but she said we could do things in phases, using ALL of our budget in the first phase. I received a few renderings and have yet to hear back from Francesca two years later. We hired our own Contractor and did things all on our own while meeting our budget. I HIGHLY suggest you DO NOT USE FRANCESCA. She ripped us off for I would say $8K since she did give us some advice, but not much.

I would like to clarify the chain of events leading up to this review on behalf of myself and the hardworking team at Francesca Morgan interiors. Mr. and Mrs. Hornes came to me with a vision and a budget and in return I offered up all my resources to make this dream come true. My studio and I extensively prepared multiple different design layouts, having selected the most attractive yet still attainable prices from consultants to get their home ready and to move the project along.

We worked with several contractors to obtain pricing for the full-blown project and when the numbers came in, they were clearly communicated with the Hornes along with all the design plans. After giving them time to digest and evaluate the plans and get back to us, they concluded that the numbers were too high for them, personally for the project so far. The next dialog between the clients and I was with Mr. Horne when he paid me a visit at my studio and told me he did not think we could work together towards his home project any longer.

I still offered up my design services, open to share anything I could to help them along. I even reached out to his wife, whom was not at the meeting, letting her know if they needed anything, I was only a phone call away.

At this point, I am uncertain of how their project actualized but I know that my firm put in an immense amount of work and rarely does it happen that a client chooses not to move forward with the plan. I do hope their project came out as wonderfully as envisioned and they are enjoying their home. I did give them lots of feedback and ideas which I would imagine they used in their décor and redesign. I will say that in all of my years of doing Interior Design & Décor, which are many because this has been my only line of work, one thing I have learned is that we can’t win them all, even despite our best efforts and for that I am sorry.

Let it be noted: Immediately after the clients review post, I had my office liaison call them in attempts to see if we could resolve this. The client was not willing to discuss the matter whatsoever, which is unfortunate because we thrive for only the ultimate client satisfaction and our company culture is based on longevity and going above and beyond. Fortunately, for us we have a long list of clients who would vouch for this, as all can see through our reviews.

During the planning of our major remodel I dealt with several personal issues, I changed my mind, my plan, and about 10 other things before settling on what eventually became the perfect remodel. The entire team was patient, understanding and went with the flow and adapted to what I wanted.
